A representative of the company came out to give us a quote for having a loft ladder and light fitted in our loft. We were very impressed with the way in which the representative explained the different styles of loft ladder. We made our choice and were happy with the quote for the work to be carried out. On the day of fitting, Nathan came along at the agreed time and put down dust sheets to protect our carpets and floors. He carried out the work of installing the loft ladder and the light in our loft with very minimal disruption, none at all in fact as when the job was complete he vacuumed our hall stairs and landing to make sure that everything was left as he found it when he arrived. We were really impressed with both the level of helpfulness in choosing the right ladder for our location, the communication between ourselves and the company and the quality of work carried out. Top marks for this company.

Nathan very efficient guy and did a very good job. Also tidied up after he had finished. Would recommend him and have done already.

The lads came on time very well mannered took only 1 day to do the job when I had a look at wot they had done the workmanship was to top standard would 100% recommend them to anyone I know who wants work done on there loft

I recently had a loft ladder installed and a repair done to my loft roof, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Nathan came to our house to install insulation, he was on time, tidy and got on with the job. Work was good, we are please with him and the work would certainly recommend him.

Nathan came at eight am, as he said he would. He enlarged my loft hatch and installed ladders and a light. They worked through and finished early afternoon, leaving the area spotless. Great service, very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend to anyone that needs loft work done.

Survey was done quote accepted and date arranged. The team arrived on time and got on with the task in hand. They were pleasant and polite. They boarded my loft fitted a bigger hatch and ladder. They cleared up after and took away extra rubbish. Overall they where very professional and went above and beyond. I would recommend this company.

Nathan visited to quote the works and explain the various products available. The works were undertaken promptly, are of good quality and were well demonstrated. And of course dust sheets were used throughout and Henry the hoover also made an appearance! Would thoroughly recommend Nathan, courteous and punctual, a nice guy!

Nathan Gray advised it would be done in 1.5 days max! Started on 13/08/21 & finished on 19/08/21 at 00:02 am! Nathan had sub-contracted the job to a complete novice, an unprofessional, disrespectful, person & we never saw Nathan again after Friday!Lionel(sub-contractor)didn't board to the eaves as agreed & then took a week to complete the job. Nathan was unreachable. My husband contacted the office to complain & was later intimidated by Lionel(in our home)saying he didn't like being complained about! Throughout our tiny 2 bed house was covered in mess. I'm heavily pregnant & the loft storage was all around the house & the hairy insulation was constantly floating in the air! Lionel did not start the day before 7 pm & then constantly left for hours at a time. He ran out of staples which he only purchased the day before only 2.5 miles from my home but it took him 2hours to get back. On the 5th day, my husband literally begged him to at least close the hatch to stop the mess! The boards installed are super creaky, the membrane looks like a wild animal shredded it. It was also applied over existing 3mm boards(supposed to be removed)which were damp/warped & hanging loose in places! They did nothing in our loft that is anywhere near the standard they advertise online. Damaged our bathroom door which is now resisting to close & got paint on another door! Though neither of them had a leg to stand on they were still always ready to insult & make irrelevant remarks.Disgusting practice!
