I requested a quote for a new hatch, ladder, and loft boarding. They arrived on time and gave me several options to consider. Once I placed my order, we agreed a date/time for the installation. The work was estimated to take 1 day. They arrived on time, and it took one day to complete the work. The team were friendly and professional. The work was to a high standard, and I am very satisfied with overall finish. They put covers down to protect my carpet and cleaned up after themselves. My home was left without any mess. The price was competitive, the team are reliable, and I would highly recommend.

Nathan and his team did an excellent job of boarding my loft and installing a new loft ladder. A truly professional experience from quote to completion and a fair price. Nathan was happy to answer questions and advise on the best materials and ladder. The work was very neat, completed in 5 hours and left clean and tidy afterwards. Nathan from Access4lofts provided excellent advice and options on the first visit and carefully costed the work. Nathan then widened and fitted a new hatch door and a ladder. The work is excellent, and he was very careful and courteous throughout including laying cloths to walk on and hoovering very thoroughly at the end. He is very professional and I recommend without hesitation.

Great work by these guys. Booked them in to do work and they were able to come round within a couple of days. They installed a loft hatch as we had no previous access. Work was done to a great standard and looks brilliant. Friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

Nathan visited to quote the works and explain the various products available. The works were undertaken promptly, are of good quality and were well demonstrated. And of course dust sheets were used throughout and Henry the hoover also made an appearance! Would thoroughly recommend Nathan, courteous and punctual, a nice guy!

Installation of loft hatch, insulation and part flooring of loft space. Nathan arrived just before the agreed time. Polite and very friendly. The work was carried out very professionally, keeping us updated on progress. He cleaned as he went about the job and completely tided up at the end so no mess for us to tidy. He gave us a comprehensive demonstration of how to access the loft hatch and ladders. He never left until he was sure we could use it safely. Price was great and good value for money. Excellent results, better than what I expected. Highly recommended.

Nathan came at eight am, as he said he would. He enlarged my loft hatch and installed ladders and a light. They worked through and finished early afternoon, leaving the area spotless. Great service, very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend to anyone that needs loft work done.

From start to finish we were really impressed with the service we received. Nathan arrived on time for the initial survey and was open and honest about what would meet our needs without being pushy. The quote came through promptly after the visit and was great value. On the day of the work, again Nathan arrived on time and worked non stop all day to complete our hatch relocation, ladder installation and loft boarding with additional lighting fitted. Nathan was a pleasure to have in the house, was so respectful laying floor protection down throughout and had it not been for the unavoidable noise of the job we wouldn’t have known he was here. Nathan arrived on time and completed the work in approx 2 hours. Dust sheets were put down and he vacuumed up afterwards. The new loft hatch looks lovely and everything is fine with the operation of the ladder. Nathan explained carefully how everything worked and I am well pleased with his workmanship.

Nathan fitted a replacement hatch at my property. He quoted a price and guaranteed that would be the price payable even if an issue arose that meant further work needed to be done. I was very satisfied with the price and work carried out. The fitter was professional, respectful of my property and even hoovered when he was finished. A representative of the company came out to give us a quote for having a loft ladder and light fitted in our loft. We were very impressed with the way in which the representative explained the different styles of loft ladder. We made our choice and were happy with the quote for the work to be carried out. On the day of fitting, Nathan came along at the agreed time and put down dust sheets to protect our carpets and floors. He carried out the work of installing the loft ladder and the light in our loft with very minimal disruption, none at all in fact as when the job was complete he vacuumed our hall stairs and landing to make sure that everything was left as he found it when he arrived. We were really impressed with both the level of helpfulness in choosing the right ladder for our location, the communication between ourselves and the company and the quality of work carried out. Top marks for this company.

We got access4lofts to come give us a quote and was very happy with the visit, information given and what choices and quote. Had part of loft boarded with the opening made bigger and a ladder attached. We then 6 months later have had the one side of loft completed. So happy with the work great polite and tidy workman and would recommend access4lofts to anyone

Nathan came to our house to install insulation, he was on time, tidy and got on with the job. Work was good, we are please with him and the work would certainly recommend him.

Nathan and Lionel were completely professional at all times and worked so hard and were so conscientious about everything they did. Carefully laying sheets on all the walkways before starting work, taking their shoes off. Apart from the noise (which they can't do anything about!) we wouldn't have known they were here and they tidied up at the end of the day perfectly. I was expecting so much mess and dust but they hoovered up and tidied everything so you would never know we'd had work done. The loft finish is excellent - they've worked so hard and done such a good job. They were helpful from the very beginning; answering all of our questions and getting back to us really quickly. Since they have finished they have also responded to a couple of things we have asked really quickly so the aftercare has been brilliant. There was also rubbish left from the last homeowners. They bought all of this down for us and stacked it neatly on the drive so we could to the tip. We have been so impressed and have already recommended them to my mom and dad. And they are lovely guys too! Thank you so much

Nathan Gray advised it would be done in 1.5 days max! Started on 13/08/21 & finished on 19/08/21 at 00:02 am! Nathan had sub-contracted the job to a complete novice, an unprofessional, disrespectful, person & we never saw Nathan again after Friday!Lionel(sub-contractor)didn't board to the eaves as agreed & then took a week to complete the job. Nathan was unreachable. My husband contacted the office to complain & was later intimidated by Lionel(in our home)saying he didn't like being complained about! Throughout our tiny 2 bed house was covered in mess. I'm heavily pregnant & the loft storage was all around the house & the hairy insulation was constantly floating in the air! Lionel did not start the day before 7 pm & then constantly left for hours at a time. He ran out of staples which he only purchased the day before only 2.5 miles from my home but it took him 2hours to get back. On the 5th day, my husband literally begged him to at least close the hatch to stop the mess! The boards installed are super creaky, the membrane looks like a wild animal shredded it. It was also applied over existing 3mm boards(supposed to be removed)which were damp/warped & hanging loose in places! They did nothing in our loft that is anywhere near the standard they advertise online. Damaged our bathroom door which is now resisting to close & got paint on another door! Though neither of them had a leg to stand on they were still always ready to insult & make irrelevant remarks.Disgusting practice!

Since we moved from a big house to a small house, we do not have enough space, but Nathan has transformed our loft into a lovely storage at a reasonable price. We love our loft and are 100% satisfied. Nathan was reliable, punctual, polite, friendly, neat and tidy. He was very prompt to answer our phone calls and emails. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the outcome and would like to thank Nathan for the fantastic work he has done for us. A thoroughly professional and friendly service from the quotation stage through to completion of the job. Requirements were listened to and there was no attempt of a hard sell, simply what options we had for the job being requested. The process of booking the job was straightforward and the team arrived at the time they said they would, which is always a good sign. They made every effort to ensure the area in which they were working was kept clean, disposing of any waste and even vacuuming the area at the end of the day. Really impressed with the work carried out but more so with Nathan’s attitude, friendly demeanour and professionalism.
