Amazing from start to finish, installed on 25.10.24. From promptly answering my email request for a quote, arranging visits to suit us around our working days, and installation could not fault Peter and his service. Arrived on time on the day, explained everything and demonstrated until I was happy with operating the loft hatch and ladder, left no mess and extremely polite. We had loft boards, two lights, loft ladder and new hatch installed and couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Pete was helpful, courteous, communicative and all around very professional both at quotation stage when assessing the type of replacement loft ladder and advising us, and at the time of installation, which went ahead on time and with only minor hitches which he solved 'on the job'. From the initial visit to the final demo Pete was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered us thoughtful options for our slightly awkward space. We were a bit concerned as new build guidelines on loft boarding are quite strict, but this was all taken into consideration and Access4Lofts gave us exactly what we needed in terms of both storage space and compliance. We had 10m2 boarding, shelving in the eaves, a new ladder and lights. There were no hidden costs, and we actually ended up paying less than originally quoted as Pete thought our existing loft hatch didn't need changing in the end. The install itself was really tidy and efficient, and we are thrilled with the results.

Pete did a great job, I'm so pleased. I had a new hatch, ladder and boarding. It took him about 5 hours. He was on time, he worked neatly and tidied away so well that the area under loft was cleaner than before he started. Amount charged was exactly as quoted. I have recommended to friends.

Peter explained how he would construct and fit the new loft hatch before he gave the quote. No money was requested in advance. He arrived on time both days and worked like a Trojan in the 30º temperatures we have had of late. He cleaned up after work both days. This was my wife’s biggest concern and she was very pleased. He explained how the ladder should be used, several times, until he was sure that the safety aspects were understood. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him to everyone.

Peter did exactly what I asked for and has done an excellent job. He fitted the ladder with a new hatch especially as the existing hatch opening was an odd shape. Not the easiest of jobs, I would not hesitate in recommending his service.
