After making an online enquiry I received contact from Glenn and very quickly arranged a time to quote for the work. He visited our home and provided great advice and recommendations on how best to achieve what we wanted. We received the quote by the end of the same day, absolutely brilliant service. We booked in and great communications confirming the arrangements. I made contact the day before the job to discuss arrival time due to other commitments and it was no trouble. Glenn arrived promptly on both days, he cracked on and on cleared all his mess on both days, it was like he hadn’t even been! Job complete, results are better than we imagined and would definitely recommend Glenn to anyone. It’s often so hard to get trade people to get back to you or commit to jobs but this is absolutely not the case here, excellent and professional service from start to finish

Glenn Harrison worked hard to complete the agreed job and showed me all of the work he had done. He was friendly and knowledgeable about what our loft required and said he used a little bit more insulation than what he initially thought; although he did not charge more than his agreed estimate. We are very pleased with his efforts and hope the extra insulation helps bring our heating bills down this winter.

I’m enjoying the ease of access to my beautifully constructed loft area. Glenn Harrison arrived promptly both days. He worked non-stop and finished on schedule. Both days, he tidied and cleaned up - the access areas were impecable. Glenn explained how to get access to the loft very clearly. He showed me how to work the mechanism to lower the hatch and ladder. Next, he asked me to open and close the hatch and ladder twice to make sure that I understood the safety features. He also sent me a video user guide, just in case I forgot the procedure. As a bonus, Glen was very friendly and I enjoyed the chats we had during the work. Thank you.

I contacted Access4Lofts for a quote to board my loft and install shelves and a loft ladder. Glenn Harrison provided a detailed description of what he recommended for my needs, how long it would take to carry out the work, and later that day he sent me a detailed quote. On the scheduled day for the work Glenn was prompt, professional, helpful and respectful of my property. He made sure my carpets and stairs were protected from dust and dirt from him coming in and out of my house with the equipment, worked hard all day to finish the job on time, and cleaned and vacuumed the debris at the end of the day. I was thrilled with the finished job. My loft is now a safe, sturdy place to store my belongings. From start to finish I was happy and satisfied with the work done and the end result. Glenn demonstrated how to use the loft ladder and made sure I felt confident to use it by myself in the future. Glenn was perfect for us. We had a job which had to be done in a hurry for a new boiler to be fitted in our loft. He came quickly, quoted quickly. came on a Saturday completed the job very well. He was exceptionally tidy and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend him.

Glenn came to fit a loft ladder and board my loft. He explained all he needed to before commencing, arrived on time on the allotted day, and put dust sheets down from the door to the loft. He carried out the work in the time he said it would, and it was all very satisfactorily completed. After completion he explained how to use the loft ladder and made sure that I was happy with the work. All in all a very good workman and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I would highly recommend Glenn form Access4lofts Wakefield. Having decided what I wanted doing I sort advice and quotes from a number of companies. Glenn arrived on time and explained what he could do, I instantly felt confident in him and gave him the work. A date was set and again Glenn arrived on time he covered all our carpets and quietly (other than the sound of his saw etc) and professionally got about his work. On completion he showed me what had been done explained and demonstrated how the loft ladders worked and how to make them safe. On my inspection it was visible a first class job had been done. Glenn tidied up after his work. I would high recommend Glenn who I found to be highly professional but more important a genuine bloke who took pride in his work and his customers. I’m very pleased with the finished product and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I need similar in the future. A top class job and a first class worker. Not an easy job cutting blind into a fully boarded ceiling but getting it right first time kept any mess to a minimum & left it clean when finished would certainly would use again no problem

Glen provided an outstanding service , from the initial site visit, through to quotation and carrying out the work . He explained to us all the options available to us and on completion of the work demonstrated how the new loft ladder worked. He was exceptionally neat and tidy, and his attention to detail was first class as he came up with solutions to solve a couple of issues we already had within the loft area. Equally important to the standard of his work was his approach to the work. He was very professional and worked long hours to complete the job and was very pleasant and polite at all times. It was actually a pleasure having him in our home . And the final icing on the cake ; he is a dog lover, so more than happy to work in a home with a resident dog ! In summary ; we would absolutely recommend him for loft work, based upon the standard of his work, his honesty and fair pricing and the fact that he is a genuinely good guy !
