The workers arrived at exactly the time stated to fit a new loft ladder to replace an old one, and to add to the old (20+years old?) loft insulation. I had agreed the estimated price earlier. As requested, the van was driven off the road as my road is not wide and it could have posed problems. Dust sheets were quickly laid down and removal of the old hatch/ladder was started immediately. To my surprise the work was completed in about 1 and a half hours. The trader said he had begun preparations the night before. After the job the workers cleaned up thoroughly and a little small waste was put in my dustbin, with permission. I was given a full working demonstration, and I climbed the ladder to look at the new insulation. Good timekeeping, excellent quality of work, friendly but not over-friendly, tidied up well - including disposal of old hatch/ladder, a good easy-to-understand demonstration of the ladder. All in all worth the 5 stars.

My wife and I are very happy with the work carried out by Phil and his colleague, they were both very polite and worked efficiently. They arrived on time (we are sorry we were late) and they worked non stop until the job was finished. Phil showed us his work and how to operate the ladder. They have also done their best to clean up when finished. The outcome is impressive and we are happy with the extra space we have now for storage. I would highly recommend the team and wouldn’t hesitate calling on them in the future.

Phil and his colleague worked tirelessly for 6 hours to clear my loft, install a new hatch, refloor it, install lights and a ladder. I was given a lesson on how to safely use the ladder as well. They left the house spotless! Very impressed. Thank you.

Access4lofts arrived when they said, they even sent a text message confirming their arrival time. When they arrived, the first thing was to cover all carpets with sheets, and were careful taking the loft boards up the 3 flights of stairs. Their work was first class, so much so that they’re coming back to do the garage. Would highly recommend them.

Phil understood our needs and made suggestions to ensure we had the product we needed and would work well for us. Having struggled with a ladder to get into the loft we knew it was time to get a pull down loft ladder and have the existing loft access enlarged. He arrived on time, clean and polite. His explanations were clear and easy for our aged brains to understand! He quoted a price which we believed to be fair and a date was set. On the day of installation, he again arrived on time, clean and polite. I was very impressed with the way he prepared for the work bringing in a clean dust sheet to cover the stairs and the area below the existing loft hatch. The work was completed without a hitch and no trace of dust or sawdust was evident when he left. Thank you Phil for a job well done!

Phil arrived within the agreed time slot to provide a quote. He returned again, at the agreed time, where the work was completed quickly and with no disruption. We are very impressed with the workmanship and would recommend Phil who remain professional throughout.

Very friendly and efficient service. They brought their own covers to protect furniture and made sure everywhere was left clean and tidy. I was given a comprehensive demonstration of how to use the ladder. They even created an extra shelf in the loft for easy storage! The work was reasonably priced. Thank you!

This feedback is late being provided due to personal circumstances. I would like to say that Phil and his team arrived on time and immediately commenced work on the 30th April. Before the job was finished we had to attend A&E with my husband so had to leave them to carry on without us and lock up once finished. We were amazed when we got home since you wouldn’t have known they’d been here; the place was left spotless. We had a quick look in the loft and were amazed at how good the job was. We know it was difficult because our loft was boarded many years ago and now needed a raised platform together with insulation top-up as per current regulations, and we’d asked if as many boards as possible could be reused which inevitably made the job harder for them to do rather than strip out and lay new boards. Excellent job from start to finish and would highly recommend Phil and his team. We also had the works inspected by our Structural Engineer who we were previously working with and he was happy to include this job when providing us with a certificate of adequacy. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Access4Lofts.

Amazing service. I am so happy with my loft, it’s very neat, the boarding is great for my storage and the hatch is perfect and looks great in my room. The room was left spotless which I was very impressed with. Worth every penny. Phill kept me updated on everything and him and his colleague did a fantastic job. Fantastic company right from the start. They came out and gave me a free quote with no pressure to choose them. When I did they booked in a date that was convenient for me and helped me with what they would do on the day. The date arrived and they arrived early and got straight on. They cleaned up after themselves completely as they went along and made sure everywhere was dust protected. They took all the rubbish away with them. They did a fantastic job and made sure to explain everything at the end and showed me what a good job they had done. I would happily recommend this company.

Really pleased with the result from Access4Lofts. Phil arrived on time and enlarged the loft access hatch, fitted a loft ladder, boarded out a section of the loft and fitted lighting. He a Paul laid dust sheets down before they began and kept the area clean and tidy. The quote was drawn up prior to the job being carried out and was agreed by both parties. Before leaving the premises, Phil demonstrated how to open the loft hatch and how to extend and retract the ladder. Would certainly recommend Access4Lofts.

We called Access4Lofts Warrington when another franchise had not returned our call for several days. Phil was able to visit within a few days and do the work within a week which was great during a period of lock-down. Really impressed by the ladder and quality of workmanship.

Prompt start. Made sure everything was covered and made immediate start. Work was done in about 4 hours and to a high standard. So much easier to access our loft now for storage. Would definitely recommend.
