When Phil came to assess my loft, he provided a quote and a date to complete the insulation and boarding of the loft. He gave a full explanation of the work the job entailed. This was followed up by an email to confirm that I wished to proceed. On the day prior to starting work he messaged me as a reminder. The work was completed seamlessly. He did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous throughout.

I found this company on a Google search and can't recommend them highly enough. I have had two loft spaces converted, one above my house and the other above my garage. Both are now very easily accessible and well lit. The design of the flooring and shelving has resulted in massive storage space and possibly a little den for my grandchildren. The whole job took less than a day and the place was left spotless afterwards. Phil and his colleague, who carried out the work, were charming, friendly and trustworthy. I was more than happy to leave them in my house on their own whilst running a few errands.

We had a loft hatch and ladder that had been previously badly fitted by another company (the ladder jammed into the hatch, and had broken off one of the locks) and needed to get it sorted out as it was letting a lot of cold into the house. I found Access4Lofts in an internet search for businesses near me. I actually e-mailed three businesses, and they were the only ones with the courtesy to message back. I explained the problem we had to Phil, at the Warrington branch, and he said he'd be able to pop 'round a couple of days later, which he did. He looked at the issues, and explained our options clearly and concisely. We agreed to have both replaced with newer, stronger equipment, and arranged a date when he could come back and fit the new items. He arrived with his work partner on the arranged date at the agreed time, and took out the old ladder and hatch and replaced them with the new ones, which were immediately much better. There was a slight problem, with the loft floor needing to be slightly raised to accommodate the new ladder, but Phil and his work partner did this for us at no extra cost. They cleaned everything up for us afterwards, and even took the old items away. Everything was done with the minimum of fuss. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and would definitely use them again if we needed any further work doing in the loft.

After reviewing Access4Lofts online I contacted the local supplier. He was very polite and informative but as he was extremely busy at that point he gave me a contact that was normally working just outside my area. I phoned Phil Sutton (Access4Lofts Warrington) who was once again very polite, professional and informative, we arranged a date for him to come and assess our requirements and give a quote. Phil arrived on time discussed our requirements and gave options. He gave a breakdown of costs alongside those options I chose which options and he gave a price followed by an email with the cost breakdown. I agreed to the work at that cost and we set a date the following week for the work to be done. Phil arrived on time and completed the work in the set timeframe and the agreed cost. His workmanship was excellent, cleanliness, finish quality and resulting loft insulation, flooring, lighting and access ladder left me delighted! I cannot speak highly enough about Phil and his work and give him the highest recommendation! You will not be disappointed! I have used Phil for more work in a storage area of my 150 year old house and he has done the loft work at my Mum’s house. If you use Phil Sutton of Access4Lofts you will not be disappointed!

I was very pleased with the service I received and the standard of the work was very professional and I was kept informed re times and dates which were promptly kept to. Using Phil @ Access4Lofts Warrington to install my loft ladder had been a straightforward and efficient process from the initial quote to the installation completion. Phil talked me through the various options of ladders available; arrived at the specified times; worked cleanly and quickly, causing minimum disruption and installed the ladder in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up before they left and I'm happy with the finished result. I don't think I'll need another loft ladder, but if I do......I'd happily use this company again!

Phil fitted a new, larger loft hatch, aluminium ladder and boarded the loft space. Phil was extremely helpful and professional from the start. He understood what we wanted and gave helpful suggestions. He e-mailed his estimate (which we accepted) and date of the proposed work.
