Amazing service. I am so happy with my loft, it’s very neat, the boarding is great for my storage and the hatch is perfect and looks great in my room. The room was left spotless which I was very impressed with. Worth every penny. Phill kept me updated on everything and him and his colleague did a fantastic job. Excellent service from initial contact, to coming round to provide a detailed quote, right through the completing the job itself. The work carried out was to a very high standard and was completed efficiently and on time. My house was left tidy after the job and everything in the area that was being worked on was well protected. Phill and his colleague were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable, making suggestions to improve the original work that I was looking to have completed, but with no hard-sell or pressure to agree with his suggestions, while also remaining very competitive with his price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phill to anyone I know and in fact, I already have.

The workers arrived at exactly the time stated to fit a new loft ladder to replace an old one, and to add to the old (20+years old?) loft insulation. I had agreed the estimated price earlier. As requested, the van was driven off the road as my road is not wide and it could have posed problems. Dust sheets were quickly laid down and removal of the old hatch/ladder was started immediately. To my surprise the work was completed in about 1 and a half hours. The trader said he had begun preparations the night before. After the job the workers cleaned up thoroughly and a little small waste was put in my dustbin, with permission. I was given a full working demonstration, and I climbed the ladder to look at the new insulation. Good timekeeping, excellent quality of work, friendly but not over-friendly, tidied up well - including disposal of old hatch/ladder, a good easy-to-understand demonstration of the ladder. All in all worth the 5 stars.

I had a free quote and discussed my options, which included additional extras that I didn’t realise I needed. I was given a quotation very quickly and booked in. Access4lofts did an excellent job, Phil was courteous and polite. Carpets were covered with dust sheets and when job was completed everything was left extremely clean and tidy. Could not fault our experience with Phil.

Phil understood our needs and made suggestions to ensure we had the product we needed and would work well for us. Having struggled with a ladder to get into the loft we knew it was time to get a pull down loft ladder and have the existing loft access enlarged. He arrived on time, clean and polite. His explanations were clear and easy for our aged brains to understand! He quoted a price which we believed to be fair and a date was set. On the day of installation, he again arrived on time, clean and polite. I was very impressed with the way he prepared for the work bringing in a clean dust sheet to cover the stairs and the area below the existing loft hatch. When Phil came to assess my loft, he provided a quote and a date to complete the insulation and boarding of the loft. He gave a full explanation of the work the job entailed. This was followed up by an email to confirm that I wished to proceed. On the day prior to starting work he messaged me as a reminder. The work was completed seamlessly. He did an excellent job. He was polite and courteous throughout.

Phil fitted a new, larger loft hatch, aluminium ladder and boarded the loft space. Phil was extremely helpful and professional from the start. He understood what we wanted and gave helpful suggestions. He e-mailed his estimate (which we accepted) and date of the proposed work. Two days before the work, he confirmed the work would be undertaken as previously agreed. He arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout - checking with us as required. He a Paul laid dust sheets down before they began and kept the area clean and tidy. The quote was drawn up prior to the job being carried out and was agreed by both parties. Using Phil @ Access4Lofts Warrington to install my loft ladder had been a straightforward and efficient process from the initial quote to the installation completion. Phil talked me through the various options of ladders available; arrived at the specified times; worked cleanly and quickly, causing minimum disruption and installed the ladder in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up before they left and I'm happy with the finished result. I don't think I'll need another loft ladder, but if I do......I'd happily use this company again!

I was very pleased with the service I received and the standard of the work was very professional and I was kept informed re times and dates which were promptly kept to. The overall finish of the work was excellent and the house was clean and tidy following this. I could not fault anything from this trader and rate the work as excellent.

We had a loft hatch and ladder that had been previously badly fitted by another company (the ladder jammed into the hatch, and had broken off one of the locks) and needed to get it sorted out as it was letting a lot of cold into the house. I found Access4Lofts in an internet search for businesses near me. I actually e-mailed three businesses, and they were the only ones with the courtesy to message back. I explained the problem we had to Phil, at the Warrington branch, and he said he'd be able to pop 'round a couple of days later, which he did. He looked at the issues, and explained our options clearly and concisely. We agreed to have both replaced with newer, stronger equipment, and arranged a date when he could come back and fit the new items. He arrived with his work partner on the arranged date at the agreed time, and took out the old ladder and hatch and replaced them with the new ones, which were immediately much better. There was a slight problem, with the loft floor needing to be slightly raised to accommodate the new ladder, but Phil and his work partner did this for us at no extra cost. They cleaned everything up for us afterwards, and even took the old items away. Everything was done with the minimum of fuss. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and would definitely use them again if we needed any further work doing in the loft.

Commenced on time, all works done as discussed, even a light fitted which we didn't request or discuss, neat and tidy workmanship, protection supplied to all the floors and cleaned up spotless on completion. He was very polite and informative but as he was extremely busy at that point he gave me a contact that was normally working just outside my area. I phoned Phil Sutton (Access4Lofts Warrington) who was once again very polite, professional and informative, we arranged a date for him to come and assess our requirements and give a quote. Phil arrived on time discussed our requirements and gave options. He gave a breakdown of costs alongside those options I chose which options and he gave a price followed by an email with the cost breakdown. I agreed to the work at that cost and we set a date the following week for the work to be done. Phil arrived on time and completed the work in the set timeframe and the agreed cost. His workmanship was excellent, cleanliness, finish quality and resulting loft insulation, flooring, lighting and access ladder left me delighted! I cannot speak highly enough about Phil and his work and give him the highest recommendation! You will not be disappointed! We called Access4Lofts Warrington when another franchise had not returned our call for several days. Phil was able to visit within a few days and do the work within a week which was great during a period of lock-down. Really impressed by the ladder and quality of workmanship.

I found this company on a Google search and can't recommend them highly enough. I have had two loft spaces converted, one above my house and the other above my garage. Both are now very easily accessible and well lit. The design of the flooring and shelving has resulted in massive storage space and possibly a little den for my grandchildren. The whole job took less than a day and the place was left spotless afterwards. Phil and his colleague, who carried out the work, were charming, friendly and trustworthy. I was more than happy to leave them in my house on their own whilst running a few errands.
