My name is Phil and I’m your Warrington based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.
I offer a free quotation service with no high pressure sales and better still I don’t blind you with science or give you an approximate price and then add on extras – all my quotes are followed up in writing the very next day and I provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all my work!

We used Phil from Access4Lofts Warrington. Came out to survey and provide a very competitive quote all done when he said he would. Commenced on time, all works done as discussed, even a light fitted which we didn't request or discuss, neat and tidy workmanship, protection supplied to all the floors and cleaned up spotless on completion. More than happy with the job, I have already recommended him to my friends, all works carried out in a Covid aware manner. 100% very satisfied customer.

Excellent service from initial contact, to coming round to provide a detailed quote, right through the completing the job itself. The work carried out was to a very high standard and was completed efficiently and on time. My house was left tidy after the job and everything in the area that was being worked on was well protected. Phill and his colleague were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable, making suggestions to improve the original work that I was looking to have completed, but with no hard-sell or pressure to agree with his suggestions, while also remaining very competitive with his price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phill to anyone I know and in fact, I already have.

I had new insulation, a new access point added and new flooring added to the loft. Phill carried out the work to a very high standard in a timely and professional way. I had a free quote and discussed my options, which included additional extras that I didn’t realise I needed. I was given a quotation very quickly and booked in. I had to change the date of installation but this was no problem at all for Phill. The invoice was sent before installation so that I was fully aware of all cost. On the day the team were on time, Very quick, quiet and got the job done without making any mess. The standard of work definitely met my expectations and I now have a loft exactly how I planned it. Phil has been amazing from pricing up the job to completion, he’s so professional and customer service is second to none. He turns up when he says he will, emailed the quote when he said and then followed it up. Arrived 8am on the agreed day and worked really hard with his colleague, Got straight on with the job and had our loft boarded in a day. He was also priced competitively.
