Arrived on time, covered shoes with plastic before coming in the house. Assessed work to be done. Sent quote via email same day. I approved, job done within a couple of days. Very clean job. Access4Lofts (Wayne and his team) arrived at my home and took the time to discuss the various loft storage options with me. They carefully assessed the space and provided a clear, detailed quote. Within a couple of weeks, the team returned to complete the full installation exactly as agreed — all in a single day. They left the entire area clean and tidy, with no mess left behind. As a bonus, they even repaired an unrelated item that had come loose before their visit, at no extra cost — they simply noticed it and sorted it. I had some concerns about the work being carried out due to the difficulty of boarding new build lofts but Wayne took the time to answer all of my questions and explain exactly how they would deal with the issues. The work was then professionally and efficiently carried out to a high standard and we were pleased with the result.

Wayne and his son called to see the situation I was in. I was expecting to need a new ladder to replace my existing one but was pleased that he said that they could repair the existing one although they could have gone down the route of suggesting a new ladder thereby saving me a greater outlay. This indicates that they have an old fashioned work ethic and have the clients interests at heart. The existing ladder was repaired to my complete satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody.

I contacted Access4Lofts to provide a quote to increase the size of a loft hatch and install a ladder and new hatch, Wayne from the company was very helpful no pushy sales talk, just informative, the price was competitive. He arrived promptly on the date for installation and the work was completed on schedule with very little fuss, dust sheets laid, the guys hoovered up any dust and mess, debris removed by myself to the local tip in bag provided. They demonstrated how the hatch and ladder worked prior to leaving the site and sent a link to a video showing operation of them as well for future reference. All in all a very satisfactory result.

I came across Wayne and Lewis last summer working on my estate, so glad I asked for their business card. I phoned this week they came and assessed my loft for insulation on Monday explained what would be needed to be done in detail, came and completed the job on Wednesday, even phoned and apologised as running little late due to hold up on motorway. Their quick a clean work excellent, even tidied up a dangling wire for me, dust sheets down, left no mess, would never known had been here. Price very good, maybe could have gone elsewhere perhaps got cheaper but I do know I have had the professional people and have peace of mind when the winter comes I am going to be warm and cozy and cutting back on energy bills. The survey of the work required was thorough and Wayne and Lewis took care to understand what I wanted doing. The quotation was clear and easy to understand. On the day of the installation they completed the work quicker than I expected, showed me what had been done and explained how the loft ladder worked and left everything clean and tidy. Since the installation the house has been much warmer and I'm looking forward to my heating bills being lower. I am pleased and very satisfied with their work.
