Wayne rang me to say that he could be with me earlier than scheduled to fit the loft ladder. I agreed to the new appointment time. Exactly on time Wayne arrived. He looked at where the old loft ladder was situated. He laid down his dust sheets and then proceeded with fitting the new ladders. He was very professional and extremely tidey. He finished a little sooner than expected but did not rush the job. Cleaned up any mess, and took up the dust sheets. He went through how the new loft ladders operated and went through the procedure until I felt happy with how they worked and let me operate the ladders. We had previously agreed the date and time for the Loft ladder to be installed by Wayne Reid and Access4Lofts and they turned up on time and carried out the agreed work in an efficient and professional manner. Wayne and his colleague were polite and left the work area spotless. Wayne gave me a helpful demonstration of the loft hatch (insulated), ladder and light 💡 that was fitted. He explained the rationale for the way he had made the hatch open and that we could contact him with any future questions or issues. I contacted Access4Lofts due to a leaflet drop a couple of years ago and retained the leaflet. I gave them a call and within two weeks they came round to survey the work required and to provide a detailed quote for the work for a totally fitted price that would not deviate. I accepted the quote and they were able to do the job quickly due to a cancellation. The work was carried out professionally and with great care and consideration. Both workmen were polite and clean. They left the place very tidy and overall I am extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship and it is exactly what I wanted to provide additional space.

I needed a replacement drop down step ladder to replace a very old model. The guys were on time, always kept me updated with what was going on. It turned out a very challenging project but they just got on with it with no moaning and did a very professional job. They were very courteous and very aware of the mess they were making and kept it clean at all times. We required a loft ladder installation and boarding in our loft to provide additional storage space. Wayne at access4lofts Warwick provided a prompt quote at a very reasonable price. Our house is only 4 years old so Wayne fitted boarding on loft legs above the deep insulation as well as secure fittings for a 3-stage aluminium ladder with handle. The total job from quote to installation was completed within 2 weeks with no mess. I am absolutely delighted with my loft ladder installation carried out by father and son team, Wayne and Lewis Reid. I live in a park home with a small loft that presented a unique problem for installers as it isn’t a standard height. Both Wayne and his son were extremely knowledgeable and felt confident that they could make some tweaks that would enable me to have the built in loft ladder that so many owners on the park have failed to achieve. They returned punctually the following day to carry out the work which was done quickly and efficiently paying special attention to my needs now and in the future, I found them to be extremely considerate, thoughtful, friendly and kind. All that and such a reasonable price as well! I don’t hesitate to highly recommend their services.

It has been less than a week since I first contacted Wayne through Facebook. They came and measured up for the job and emailed me a quote. No pressure sale, everything was easy to understand and the pricing was exactly as described on the website. The price was only based on sqm of type and the cost of the ladder. Nothing hidden, very clear! Today they turned up on time, put down dust sheets and did the job. No messing around. They were done by lunchtime and everything (apart from the inside on the loft) looks exactly the same as before they arrived. Have recommended to neighbours already! 2 very nice people who are easy to talk to.
