Hi, I’m Dan and I am the owner of Access4Lofts Wigan. I am a loft ladder installation expert and I am ready to install a loft ladder to help you utilise your loft space. I can do this by providing a quality service and installation of a new loft ladder quickly, easily and affordable, giving loft access and storage solutions to suit your loft storage requirements.
Not only can I install a loft ladder, I can also move your loft hatch or fit a brand new hatch, supply and fit loft boarding, insulate your loft to the latest standards, even install loft lighting and often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.
I offer a free quotation service with no high pressure sales and better still I don’t blind you with science or give you an approximate price and then add on extras – all my quotes are followed up in writing the very next day and I provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all my work! We had a wooden ladder loft ladder fitted and we were very pleased with the service we received. Dan arrived on time and got straight to work. I had to leave for an appointment so Dan showed my daughter the finished job and how to use the ladder. One thing I would say is that the handle on the hook for opening the hatch could do with being a bit longer as being only 5 foot, I have to stretch and can only just reach the opener.

Dan and his colleague arrived spot on time. They laid dust sheets anywhere there was likely to be a mess. They worked efficiently and did the job in the time estimated. The new ladder and hatch work was fitted perfectly and so much easier than the one they removed and disposed of for me. I also asked for the installation of a couple of battery loft lights which were brighter than expected, so win win. They cleaned up after themselves and you wouldn't know they had been. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone Cheers Ken

Asked for a quote and they were very prompt in turning up. sent the competitive quote that beat others that included taking away the rubbish for a good price. Very clean and tidy, covers on the carpet when they arrive bang on time. Managed to get it done in 1 day rather than 2 which was a bonus. New loft ladder, insulation and floor. Overall fantastic job which they completed in good spirits. Cleared up meticulously when they left, was cleaner than it was before!

Dan and his team were hardworking, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job boarding our loft at a very reasonable price after a detailed quote, which they honoured. After finishing, they spent quite a while vacuuming any mess. Quality of the work is excellent. The electricians Dan used did a great job as well, putting in lights ready for the conversion.They turned on up time and again it was a quality job (friendly and polite as well). Loft looks great! Thanks to Dan and his team for a satisfying and stress-free experience.

Insulation, loft ladders, light, and breathable membrane. Done on time and guarantees it would not exceed price quoted. Guarantee of cost was something that set them apart, the fact they quickly replied with a visit to quote for work I wanted, very friendly and helpful and quick replies to my questions on e mail, they were very clean workers, laying dust sheets and hoovering up after they finished, took the time to explain when finished how to work loft ladders etc, and said to contact them if any problems after they had gone. I was very impressed and wish them well in their business in the future.
