Hi, I’m Dan and I am the owner of Access4Lofts Wigan. I am a loft ladder installation expert and I am ready to install a loft ladder to help you utilise your loft space. I can do this by providing a quality service and installation of a new loft ladder quickly, easily and affordable, giving loft access and storage solutions to suit your loft storage requirements.
Not only can I install a loft ladder, I can also move your loft hatch or fit a brand new hatch, supply and fit loft boarding, insulate your loft to the latest standards, even install loft lighting and often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.
I offer a free quotation service with no high pressure sales and better still I don’t blind you with science or give you an approximate price and then add on extras – all my quotes are followed up in writing the very next day and I provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all my work! Fantastic work! Lovely lads, they were incredibly tidy and very quick! I asked for a discreet loft hatch as we have a period property, it’s perfect - such a space saver and we are very pleased! The pricing was incredibly reasonable for the work carried out, could not recommend them more!

Could not fault the work Dan and his colleague did for us on Monday, they both were very friendly and caring about our property. The loft looks amazing with boarding and shelves, a new loft ladder and hatch, they put dust sheets down to keep the carpets clean, and even vacuumed up after they had finished. They even removed some bits that the previous owner had left in the loft. I would recommend them highly.

Had Dan and his team complete the boarding of my loft having moved into the property. Dan came out and gave me a quote too which I accepted. His contact with me was excellent. Arranged to do the job . He arrived on time and him and his team didn’t stop. He was very clean and looked after the property by way of dust sheets. And cleaned up after them selves. The finished job was better than I expected. Him and his team was very polite and respectful.

Dan arrived as agreed and made sure dust sheets were laid out to keep my property clean. He did an excellent job of fitting a loft ladder, insulated the loft, boarded out the loft and fitted a electric light. He removed all waste and made sure everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. I highly recommend him.

Preliminary survey with same-day estimate took place immediately after my phone call to Access4Lofts. A careful survey had revealed that Access4Lofts Wigan offered the most complete boarding service and best value for money. Work booked for two weeks ahead and Dan and Josh arrived on time, explained work to be done and got on with it with minimum disruption. All carpets dust-sheet covered and absolutely no mess left behind. Floor finish excellent and insulation properly installed beneath boarding. Removal of my old scrap doors placed over the years so that I could walk on the joists was a bonus which saved me considerable work. Loft now an easily accessible and safe storage room well-lit with the new strip light. Something we should have done years ago, but better late than never! Access4Lofts Wigan recommended without reservation. Thanks guys, you've put more value on the house than it cost me to have the work done; the loft is now a selling point!

I was very pleased that I chose access4lofts,Dan and his colleague were the right team for the job. They patiently explained and demonstrated things with me and I was able to chat with them easily and discuss aspects of the work that I wasn't sure about. I would highly recommend them ,well done Dan and colleague. I have since put my belongings from storage into the loft I did wonder if I had too much stuff but turns out there is lots of space left , it's made things a lot easier and tidier.
