We wanted a loft ladder and hatch replaced. Kursad arrived on time (in fact, early) and worked solidly for three hours to complete the job. He treated our home with care and respect, laying decorator sheets and hoovering thoroughly afterwards. The installation went smoothly, and the new ladder and hatch look great. All communication from Kursad was prompt and very polite. An excellent job all round. Very satisfied. Thank you.
