Demonstrating how to use the ladder and ensuring that I could do so was very helpful. I was very happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending the services. Attila arrived bang on time when asked to provide a quote, which was immediately accepted, and on the day to carry out the total flooring of the loft in our new build home. Covering the whole floor are up to and around his work area we left him to his own devices to carry on his work, save offering him a couple of brews throughout the day. No mess and very little noise the whole job was completed by mid afternoon. Once complete Atilla gave us a thorough run through on how to operate the newly installed loft ladder and went through everything that the new loft space entailed. Once we declared our satisfaction we were given the lifetime guarantee certificate, what more can one ask for? Just as Atilla was clearing up a neighbour came round to see the results of the work and immediately asked Atilla for a quote to have the loft done at their house and another neighbour has taken details so she can get a quote. The following day we invited the site customer care guy to have a look at the work that was carried out and he took Atilla's details so that he can pass them on to anyone who wants similar work done, he regularly gets asked about flooring the loft space. Attila talked me through each aspect of the quotation explaining the work to be undertaken in detail. He was always prompt on arrival, friendly and ensured all the areas were covered in dust sheets. Attile arrived on time and got on with the job of boarding a area of the loft 13 SQ Metres he was polite and professional there was no mess left after he had finished , I have booked to come back to lay some insulation and board out another 13 SQ Metres of boarding plus fit a new loft hatch and ladder I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone

We moved recently and required the loft in our new property (a bungalow) to be reboarded along with a new loft ladder and hatch. The whole process from booking an appointment for a quote, communication via email, text and phone and then booking a date for the work to be carried out was seamless. Attila was excellent, turning up on time, explaining everything he was doing, being clean and tidy and respecting both our home and ourselves at all times. The work was of a very good standard and the advice from him was excellent. At no time did we feel that we were not being listened to our that we were trying to be sold things/work that we did not require. We are very pleased with the finished product. Attila was spot on with his timing, he arrived when he said he would whether it be for the quote or doing the work. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job in fitting a new loft hatch, ladder and boarding. He was also very informative and answered any questions we had as well as being very polite.
