Supply and fit 15 solar panels, inverter and 9.3kwh battery. After contact with a number of online solar providers and not being very impressed with them I finally found ACD Electrical Greentech, a local South East Cornwall company. From initial survey to final completion the whole ACD team were totally customer focused. Their professionalism and workmanship were first class and their cost was most competitive. I would recommend anyone considering installation of a solar system to contact ACD Electrical.

ACD Electrical installed roof solar panels and battery storage system. The work was carried out promptly on the day and time it was booked. The work was carried out in a professional tidy manor. I was kept informed of what needed to be done, the staff were polite and everything was carried out to the price agreed. An excellent firm to deal with.

They installed a 13kilowatt battery. Perfect, no complaints.

Often these days once companies have your order (ie money paid) they are less communicative! This is definitely not the case with ACD (Andy). Not only did they do an excellent job, they were always friendly and respectful. Even after installation Andy replies promptly and is very helpful. I rarely recommend tradesmen as they do not normally do as they say they will, ACD did exactly what they said and cleared each stage with me ie where wiring went, where the units went. ACD electrical and all the team including the scaffolding guys were excellent can?t recommend them enough.

SolarEdge system with 35 panels, 1x10kW battery and inverter. Andy was happy to answer my endless questions on solar systems and he and his team were easy to have around when completing the installation. We were very pleased with the results and look forward to seeing the ongoing benefits of taking the plunge with solar.

We purchased and had fitted a 9.5KW Battery to make better use of our solar panels. The whole process of information, visits, installation and support was excellent throughout. The job was carried out on time, in a professional manner and the site was left neat and tidy on completion.

We first contacted ACD in 2023, but held off buying a home storage battery until the VAT was lifted in early 2024. To be fair, we had done a lot of research into different brands of home storage batteries through websites, YouTube and the 'Everything Electric Show' in Farnborough and had decided upon the Givenergy 13.5KWH AIO. Andy, from ACD was extremely professional, and discussed a variety of other options. He visited and viewed the site (garage) and gave a very competitive quote. The battery was ordered and fitted promptly, and commissioned fully. The new Givenergy account was set up, and the follow up support, helping me understand how it all worked was excellent. We have now considered having an additional 13.5KHW battery, to boost storage for poor winter weather. We would use ACD and Andy Green again, and without any reservations.

We commissioned ACD to install a Giv-Energy All-in-1 unit and 13.5kW battery. This needed to connect to our existing PVs. The equipment and installation process were clearly explained, including different elements of the registration. The installer arrived on time as arranged, carried out the work cleanly and professionally, answering our (many) questions as he went along. He stayed until the units were up and running and our main tablet was connected to the app. We have only needed to call after sales once. The phone was answered promptly and an expert called us back soon after. Our problem was identified and resolved there and then but a follow up call was also made to us the following week to make sure everything was OK.
