Over the past year we have employed Tom and his excellent team to restore our jaded back garden: new close boarded fence with concrete posts, astroturf lawn to replace wilting grass, shed roof replacement and the felling and removal of dead trees and overhanging branches. In addition, the team have resolved a couple of internal leaks of rainwater due to roofing problems. All work has been carried out to our great satisfaction with the minimum of disruption, maximum clearing up, on time and at a highly competitive rate. At all stages, before and during the work, the knowledgeable Tom explained in detail what were the best solutions. The garden has been transformed! We have no hesitation in recommending Ace Exteriors for all aspects of external work and they will continue to be our port of call for this, should it be required.

Having sourced this Company through Trusted Traders on January 24th to look at a Guttering Leak we had emails between us with the trader saying he would visit on the following Thursday. He never appeared. So yesterday I emailed them again asking if they were still interested in the work , they replied to say yes and would visit between 10-11am this morning. They didn’t call.

From the outset and once scaffolding was erected,Tom and his crew explained in ways we could understand the work necessary for our roof repairs. They showed real professionalism and skill in undertaking the work with minimum fuss. The work was very competitively priced compared with other quotes and completed as per schedule.
