Welcome to Ace Rendering Specialists

We are a small, family-run team based in Maidstone, providing high-quality rendering services to domestic clients with over 25 years of experience. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable workmanship, honest advice, and excellent customer care on every project.

We are Government TrustMark approved, members of Which? Trusted Traders, and PPG and Johnstone’s approved applicators, giving our customers complete confidence in the quality of our work. We only use the best materials and never use subcontractors—all work is carried out by our own experienced team.

Our services include traditional and spray rendering, wall coatings, and external wall insulation, helping to protect, improve, and enhance your home. We also offer free, no-obligation quotations.

From first contact to final finish, we treat every home as if it were our own.

This was the 2nd house Darren & his team have completed for us,.. it was a no brainer to get him back when we decided to do another… his craftsmanship and work ethic are 2nd to none. This was a far complicated job as we want it the double story 3 room deep sidewall completed uninterrupted without a bead,.. this did not phase Darren and the finish was totally flawless in an unusual colour called leather apron… which at the time everyone thought was risky but since completion I do not stop being complimented nearly every time I’m out the front and people are passing we cannot recommend ice high enough, very competitive And the place kept immaculate during and after

Ace Rendering provided a brilliant service from start to finish. From our first meeting, the team filled us with confidence. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They provided sound advice on the best direction for the project and then executed an excellent result. We had 20mm External Wall Insulation (EWI) installed with a silicone render finish. The team went above and beyond to ensure the final result was something to be proud of. They did not leave small bits to be finished later at an extra cost or claim certain tasks were not discussed. Everything was handled with professionalism. I highly recommend them. I am more than happy for anyone to come and see the quality of the finish or discuss my experience with the team.
