Contacted Acorn for a quote to replace our large bay window as we'd previously used them for other windows some 10 years ago. They arranged to visit and quoted really quickly, they were not pushy, and quoted for exactly what we wanted. Their Surveyor who came to do the exact measuring once we'd accepted the quote was friendly and efficient and suggested a minor change to address an issue we had with blind fixings. On the day, the installation team contacted us to advise of a minor delay with their arrival, which was great. When they arrived, they got to work immediately. They were professional and polite, there was no mess at all, they cleaned up as they went, and at the end of the day, we had a beautiful new window which is exactly as we expected. The quality of the window is as high as it could be, the finishing by the fitters is faultless. Their prices are not the cheapest, but they weren't the highest quote we had, and for the quality of the products they supply, we think they provide excellent value for money. Their staff are all friendly, professional and knowledgable. They give you prices and dates and stick to them. We cannot fault it their products or service. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use them again without a doubt.

Was so impressed that although they weren't the cheapest we knew we were getting a good product and, just as importantly, a good service. They listen to what you want and advise accordingly. Never pushed for a sale. Communication is fantastic (I prefer to use email because of my work pattern). The fitters, bricklayers, plasterer, electrician and tiler were courteous, efficient and timely. No issue was too small (not that there were many). A minor isuue after completion was dealt with and corrected very quickly. We are very pleased with the final product and cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you James and your team.
