Disgusting communication and customer service from Acorn Windows, would not use this company again for any further work.I recently put an order in for the replacement of a patio door and kitchen window as part of a significant home improvement project. The project went very well, the replacement window and door from Acorn Windows were fraught with disaster. And problems of which I had to chase continuously With phone calls and taking time off work to wait in for. Even after complaining to James Hibbert and sending photos of his teams work there was no offer of an apology ! When we were researching the company a letter of commendation was found which was dated 29th February 2017, however it was written 30th March 2016! . It seems communication may be an issue.

Acorn Windows carried out some repair work on our living room and bedroom windows. Fantastic service, really pleased with their work, professionalism and outstanding service. Top marks!

Acorn Windows recently fitted some new windows for me. The salesman who initially came over was great - not pushy at all and very friendly. The fitters were brilliant - I've had a lot of trades people through the door over the years and these were among the best. The windows look great - a very modern finish which was just what I wanted. I did have a query about the frames themselves after the fitting and the company were faultless at making sure I was happy. I had eight different companies over for quotes because so many of them were terrible - I'm glad that I found Acorn Windows in the end! I needed a new Front door and 2 windows fitting. Acorn were recommended by a good friend so I asked for a quote. They did the survey when I was free and arranged fitting for last Saturday. I let them in and returned home a few hours later to find the work done to an extremely high standard. There was no other evidence that the guys had been there. The old windows and door were taken away and the house was as spotless as it was when I left it. I couldn't recommend them highly enough particularly as the price was so competitive as well. Well done to Acorn and the fitters, Mick and Liam.

I would like to thank the team for not only recommending me the correct product as my original idea would not have looked as good! and but the patience to fit it around my busy life. I first used Acorn Windows of Nottingham to replace all soffits & fascias, along with guttering and downpipes. Acorn's Sales were not pushy but had all the right advice - so we proceeded. What a brilliant job they undertook, removing all the old and any debris or working components, leaving us with a clean and fresh site. About one (1) year later, because or the excellent service, our windows were in need of replacement all through (some 14 or so). Again, a good and timely meeting from a non-pushy Sales of Acorn led us to a great quotation (not the cheapest, but the quality was/is outstanding) and we proceeded. Fantastic result and never a problem since, even when we thought we had a blown glass, service was impeccable, as was the door adjustments we have had between winter and summer (some freak of heat making it difficult to open/close at specific times). Finally, this lead us to our all time "want" of a new conservatory. At a size of ~70 cubic metres, and underground drains, this was a mammoth task, or so I thought. The Acorn Surveyor was friendly and very approachable, giving (and taking) advice plus "wants" and "needs" into consideration. All planning matters (due to volume size) were again handled by Acorn. We opted for underground electrics sockets, fans and electric vent windows in our all-glass conservatory, the result - well...outstanding. In fact, Acorn has a 360 view of this on their website - take a look? No issues - nothing to difficult for Acorn!

Acorn windows provided an excellent service, repairing structural defects on the house and fitting good looking windows. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and trustworthy at a very competitive price. We would wholeheartedly recommend.
