We needed to isolate a central heating circuit within our bungalow, following the identification of a leak. Omar came out the day we called and helped us to quickly identify where the isolators needed to be fitted and completed work within the 2 hour window that he had estimated which included draining the system and re-pressurising the boiler. He made sure the heating system was back up and running and maintaining pressure before he left. He came on time, didn't waste time and was totally focused on the job and he explained clearly what he was doing at all times. Would definitely use Omar again - and highly recommend

Our son was having a problem with his boiler when using the shower and his landlord arranged for two different engineers to visit. The first one said it was old and had been installed wrongly so needed replacing. The second engineer barely looked at the boiler and said that the problem was the bath taps which needed to be changed to a mixer. As we have been using Omar for 8 years to keep our central heating in great order we asked him to visit our son's flat. It took him just a few minutes to work out that the boiler thermostat was set too low. After thorough testing of the water this simple fix was all that was needed. This is exactly why we use Omar as we know he will do only what is necessary and not overstate any problems. He will always explain what is needed and complete the work in a very professional manner.

Omar turned out very quickly to do a quite complicated plumbing job. He completed the work in a highly professional way and to our complete satisfaction. Communication was fast and accurate. The price for doing the work was most reasonable. Omar was a pleasure to work with. We will use him for all our plumbing jobs from now on after such a great experience in having him working at our house.

ActFast Solutions carried out work to decommission an old air conditioner and install three new interior units with a new exterior unit. Omar maintained an excellent level of service throughout the project. This included (but not limited to); talking us through the stages of the decommissioning and install (so we could plan our home working around it), arranging and liaising with the electrician, cleaning up and making good so that the finished work look great and much more. His customer service is exemplary, with a friendly and professional manner you would expect from the very best contractors. He is also very detail oriented and was highly receptive to our needs - including knowing which rooms we wanted our cats in! We will definitely use ActFast Solutions again and would highly recommend them to anyone with any heating or air conditioning needs.

An external pipe sprang a leak on a Saturday afternoon, and we contacted Omar at ActFast who let us know the cost and was able to come over within the hour. The pipework that had failed was part of a DIY job by a previous owner. Omar went out of his way to fully replace both this and a similar pipe next to it which was wobbly and could have suffered similar problems.

Omar completed the work on time, and to a high standard. He cleared up after him. After I had paid the second invoice I noticed a small leak coming from one of the radiators. I emailed him late in the evening to ask that he come over and fix it. He replied early the next morning and said he would come over within the hour. He did just that and fixed the problem.

Omar went above and beyond to help me work out my options to solve a complex heating issue I've been having for months. He drove over and kindly drew out a diagram to explain all the aspects on my heating system, which made it really easy to follow along with. He provided some great advice on some potential work, and offered this with no charge. Really friendly guy - would definitely reach out to him for future work.

Shower mixer tap failed so the shower could not be turned off, therefore had to shut off water supply to the house. Called Actfast at random as they were the first to appear on an internet search of local plumbers - what a great decision! Omar arrived within the hour and had the fault diagnosed immediately. Had to disassemble the mixer, go to obtain a replacement part and then complete the job. All fixed within two hours. Omar is friendly, helpful, cheerful and 'goes the extra mile' but, above all, he is highly skilled and professional. I would recommend Omar highly to anyone with a plumbing problem, especially in an emergency.

Extremely impressed with Omar. We had an issue with the heating always turning the hot water on. He was prompt, very friendly and patient (deliberately taking time to explain the problem and how it could be fixed). I found Omar by chance, and I can assure you, I will be using him in the future.

I phoned Omar about 8.30 today (Monday May 2oth) and he came round in about half an hour which was great. We wanted a leaking kitchen tap repaired and an outside garden tap replaced. Omar identified what was required, obtained the parts and carried out the work to an excellent standard. Omar was very friendly and helpful and we would certainly use him again.
