Absolutely amazing service! We recently had air con installed by Actfast and I cannot fault the service received! Omar was super respectful of my property, he installed the a/c to a really high standard and went above and beyond to ensure everything was neat and tidy. Communication was great, Omar kept us up to date every step of the way with our installation. Very competitive pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend ActFast to anyone who is looking to install a/c in their homes!

I've had Omar help with my boiler twice now. First time to carry out a major service which he was very helpful with and explained everything, the process, why he was doing what he was doing and how he has come to the price of everything, very thorough. Second time having Omar round was today, after I called him late last night he came round today at 8am to help with my leaking boiler, he even offered to come last night. Thankfully Omar fixed my boiler in no time at all and gave me a good price. We will always have Omar back when needed and would recommend him to all of our neighbours.

To say I can't thank Omar enough is an understatement. My Mum was left without heating, hot water or a working oven after a previous engineer told her a replacement part she needed for her warm air central heating was obsolete (and leaving her with a gas leak!). Omar went absolutely above and beyond to source that part, fit it, replace illegal pipework and got everything working again. He pulled out all the stops and really cared about my elderly Mum being in such a predicament. Omar kept me up to date with everything and we're so grateful she now has her heating and oven back. Cannot recommend enough.
