John at Active Lock Centre was excellent. We asked him to look at long-running issues with the communal front and rear doors at our building in Hatfield, which had been causing repeated problems with closing, locking and security. What stood out immediately was John’s depth of experience. He took the time to properly assess the doors, explain what was actually wrong, and identify the practical fixes needed. This was incredibly valuable because previous advice and repair attempts had not resolved the underlying issues, and we had been left with ongoing faults and unnecessary costs. John’s knowledge made a real difference.
