Technically outstanding. Professional service. Replaced an old uPVC window mechanism with a suitable alternative which another locksmith had indicated might be a too old to replace. While he was here, sorted an old door mechanism by making (!!) and fitting a new spring. This door had also stumped another locksmith. Jon prides himself on being old school, and, based on this experience it definitely works. Price very good too.

I thought we needed replacement locks on our cricket pavilion as they were either sticking, or loose and not engaging the key. Jon immediately identified them has high quality Chubbs that were fully serviceable. He stripped them down, cleaned and reset them. They're now working like new. His preference is always to repair rather than replace where possible. He also cuts keys directly from his van. Total cost was way below new replacements. Highly recommended
