I have had numerous home upgrading and renewal projects carried out over the past 8 years, all have been executed on time and budget. Projects have included: Downstairs Toilet complete upgrade. Main bathroom complete strip, reconfiguration and comprehensive installation. New Boiler. I have no hesitation in recommending this highly competent company. It's rare to find the expertise combined with efficiency, timing and nice people.

Active heating have done numerous jobs at my properties. The team is always respectful, and they consider what you need, rather than just what you ask for. Not only do they do the job well, but quotations they give have been reasonably priced.

Finally, after around 50 years of good service, I had to replace my old oil fired boiler and I am delighted with the work that Tom's team did. It was a complicated task with much new pipe work, new hot water tank, chimney and much else. John and Connor were very efficient and friendly. It took four days to complete. My old boiler was donated to a college as a museum piece! I would certainly recommend Active Plumbing.

A bathroom lavatory cistern failed. Active Plumbing visited the same day and fixed the problem. A lavatory had to be removed from a wall, a part replaced and then the whole unit refitted. The work was carried out well and the bathroom left clean. The guys were pleasant and knew what they were doing. We have employed Active Plumbing for several years for regular CH and general plumbing maintenance, including fitting a new boiler and a new shower pump. Good work.

Active Plumbing & Heating installed a new Combi Boiler. First time I have used this local company and all of the staff I came into contact with were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Communication was excellent through out experience . Initial visit from Tom, site visit - I found him to be very approachable, knowledgeable, helpful & polite - discussed boiler options and what would suit the property, what would happen during installation etc. Old boiler stopped working - date organised and as planned new combi boiler was installed, John, lead engineer was very knowledgeable, polite and approachable -he regularly updated me re how the install was going and answered all my queries. Installation completed as planned, tidied up and left house clean & tidy. No extra costs were added to agreed quote. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient team. Many thanks to Nikki who was also very helpful, communication excellent-I would definitely use this company again.

Mystery small wet patch appeared on living room ceiling. Called Tom and the crew. John arrived within 24 hrs and found the difficult-to-find leak. Leak was fixed within a day or so. This is a busy time for the team but they fitted us in cleverly. John worked until he had fixed the leak on Friday evening even though he was due to watch his team Brentford v Arsenal later. We got the leak stopped and Brentford won. Result! Thanks again Tom and the team.

I called Tom as my boiler was very noisy and not performing as it should. He arrived on time and after diagnosing the problem, sourced and fitted two new parts. The system is now running as it should. He was friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Called Tom at Active Plumbing for a Worcester-Bosch boiler service which was carried out quickly, efficiently and at great value. Chatting to Tom, he offered a couple of easy suggestions to improve out heating system which we delayed until March. John and young Tom carried-out the pressurisation of our then gravity-fed heating system in half a day. Pleased to say this is now much improved. Great value - thanks.
