Tom fitted our new boiler after our old one was condemned by the Gas Board. He fitted it very quickly as the weather had changed, carried out the work very efficiently. Very nice guy & would recommend him very highly.

Tom was very prompt in responding to my request and very punctual. His advice on what to do saved me £2-3,000 and he solved the existing plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. In addition he has a very wide circle of network contacts, so he was able to recommend someone to replace the water supply pipe (to increase water pressure), someone to re-grout the bathroom tiles to ensure water-proofing and an electrician to replace the shower light - all of them first rate tradesmen. I recommend Tom very highly and would certainly use him again as my first choice.

Our radiators wouldn't heat up. Called Tom and explained what was happening. He said he had a good idea of what the problem was and would bring parts with him. Tom change a three way valve, checked & bleed all the radiators, in under an hour and we now have a lovely warm house!! Thank you Tom!

From obtaining a quote to the replacement of 4 very old radiators, Tom and his team were fantastic. He came back with a very competitive quote but actually installed higher specification radiators than anyone else I contacted. His team were polite, punctual, tidy and did an excellent job. Very highly recommended.

Tom & team just serviced my Worcester CH boiler again, replaced two failing motorised valves & a leaking drain tap. As always on time, friendly, expert and knowledgeable, work was completed rapidly, efficiently, and at a fair price. These were the 5 & 6 jobs Tom & team have done for me, including new boiler install, CH overhaul, annual boiler services, and plumbing in my new kitchen. Highly recommended for top-quality work, expert knowhow, and reasonable prices

Tom and his team gave us a completely new heating system. Tom had planned it out thoroughly and kept us up to date throughout. Active Heating has high standards for their work which was really great. The whole team were really friendly and helpful throughout. Communication was good and work was done to schedule and on budget. Would definitely recommend.

Coping with everything 2020 has thrown at me, including the passing of my wife, moving house and a completely different home environment, it was a breath of fresh air to find Tom and his Active Heating team. His knowledge and professionalism is obvious. The whole team are courteous, careful even Connor! I had a new boiler replacement and water softener equipment fitted in two days. Excellent... I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants genuine quality, workmanship and value for money. A special thank you to John for his expertise and company, to Connor for his forbearance, to Elliot for his obvious patience, and to (Captain) Tom for his hand in steering his amazing team. Thankyou!
