I have been in the construction industry for 30 years starting out my trade as a time served plumbing and heating engineer. In that time I have expanded my knowledge of other trades and skills working alongside other prrofessionals in the industry to offer a comprehensive, quality service to our clients with a solid background of experience.
Our clients include local authorities such as Stockport and Bury Metropolitan Borough Councils, as well as arms length management organisations such as Stockport Homes and Six Town Housing for the procurement of disabled access facilities in the home and in public buildings.  
Whilst this work is important to our business, our core services still remain in the plumbing and heating sector, installing and maintaining heating systems, boiler breakdowns & replacements and we take great pride in our luxury bathroom installations.
All work is reported and certified to 'Building Control' where applicable.

Declan replaced my old boiler with a new Ideal model, which included a difficult plumbing job of routing the condensated pipe to an outside drain. He took the time to explain the various boiler options without high pressure sales tactics. I'm very pleased with the result.

Installation fault on new power shower installed by this company

ABS Installed a new shower for me. Initially I was sold a shower (by others) which was an unsuitable replacement so ABS couldn't fit it. I then bought a new identical type replacement and ABS returned to install it but were prevented because my house electric wiring was faulty - so I had this corrected. ABS then returned and actually installed the shower. I registered it then for Warranty with Triton, the makers. I paid ABS' installation invoice on the day they submitted it and had previously paid their invoiced fee for abortive earlier events. When I became aware the new shower worked noisily and eratically, I Contacted Triton assuming because it was new there may be a fault with their product. This was not the case as their Engineer rectified ( this work was witnessed by my Daughter who was shown by the Engineer the parts ABS had omitted to fit into the shower) & reported the installation fault the next day along with his callout charge invoice £85. I forwarded the invoice & report to Declan of ABS for reimbursement who disputed the report. I contacted Triton Customer Services (CSM Admin) for a full report of their Engineers findings; which they then sent to me. I forwarded this on to Declan again requesting reimbursement. He phoned today still trying to create a smokescreen behind which not to pay. From the outset he has been obtuse & bombastic when on the phone to me and illogically argues against facts given to him that document the installation fault caused by him.
