I have been in the construction industry for 30 years starting out my trade as a time served plumbing and heating engineer. In that time I have expanded my knowledge of other trades and skills working alongside other prrofessionals in the industry to offer a comprehensive, quality service to our clients with a solid background of experience.
Our clients include local authorities such as Stockport and Bury Metropolitan Borough Councils, as well as arms length management organisations such as Stockport Homes and Six Town Housing for the procurement of disabled access facilities in the home and in public buildings.  
Whilst this work is important to our business, our core services still remain in the plumbing and heating sector, installing and maintaining heating systems, boiler breakdowns & replacements and we take great pride in our luxury bathroom installations.
All work is reported and certified to 'Building Control' where applicable.

After flush running all night, called Adaptation Building Services, came quite quickly, fixed problem, and made changes so it would not happen again, explained all to me, left all clean and tidy, very reasonable price for work done, shall use them again when I need a plumber.

Declan from ABS first explored the leak which was hidden from view using a camera to access, then he removed a small section of plasterboard and fixed the area in question quickly and tidily. He was clear abut pricing and what needed done from the outset and was very professional and neat as well as well equipped to carry out all parts of the job. ABS also carried out our boiler service. I would highly recommend as knowledgeable and trustworthy

Declan came to fix a leaking toilet at our property on a Bank Holiday Sunday. He arrived on time and immediately got to work to investigate the problem. One hour later, the leak was repaired. Declan was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable and a clean, tidy worker. I would not hesitate in using Declan again for any of our future plumbing needs and what a nice guy. Highly recommended.

Declan kept us up to date by phone before arrival and then quickly found a solution to a tricky problem plumbing our new dishwasher. He had all the necessary parts with him and completed the job without fuss. He was very courteous and was very fair with his charges. Installation fault on new power shower installed by this company

ABS Installed a new shower for me. Initially I was sold a shower (by others) which was an unsuitable replacement so ABS couldn't fit it. I then bought a new identical type replacement and ABS returned to install it but were prevented because my house electric wiring was faulty - so I had this corrected. ABS then returned and actually installed the shower. I registered it then for Warranty with Triton, the makers. I paid ABS' installation invoice on the day they submitted it and had previously paid their invoiced fee for abortive earlier events. When I became aware the new shower worked noisily and eratically, I Contacted Triton assuming because it was new there may be a fault with their product. This was not the case as their Engineer rectified ( this work was witnessed by my Daughter who was shown by the Engineer the parts ABS had omitted to fit into the shower) & reported the installation fault the next day along with his callout charge invoice £85. I forwarded the invoice & report to Declan of ABS for reimbursement who disputed the report. I contacted Triton Customer Services (CSM Admin) for a full report of their Engineers findings; which they then sent to me. I forwarded this on to Declan again requesting reimbursement. He phoned today still trying to create a smokescreen behind which not to pay. From the outset he has been obtuse & bombastic when on the phone to me and illogically argues against facts given to him that document the installation fault caused by him.

My boiler had been broken for over one week and I had called other companies resulting in one not turning up and one saying it needs a service over the phone. Thankfully I called Declan at ABS Ltd and over the phone he knew immediately what part my old boiler needed. Declan came at my arranged time and date and fixed my boiler and advised it had been leaking gas. Repair was completed quickly. Very professional, very knowledgeable and I will most definitely call Declan at ABS for any future work needed in my home.

Mine was a last minute request to move one radiator in a bedroom and install a new one in my kitchen. Declan responded promptly to my initial query and was able to offer a date to complete the works a few days later. Despite my having to reschedule Declan was happy to provide an alternate date a few days later. Declan is obviously highly skilled and knowledgeable proffering advice and suggestions when requested. Work was carried out to a very high standard and with no mess and no impact on existing decoration. Not the cheapest by any means but would definitely use again.

Declan replaced my old boiler with a new Ideal model, which included a difficult plumbing job of routing the condensated pipe to an outside drain. He took the time to explain the various boiler options without high pressure sales tactics. I'm very pleased with the result.

I had a problem with my bidet , I phoned 4 plumbers and Declan is the only one I could talk . He came on same day and the time he said he would come . He knew the problem and solved the problem within 10 mins. He was very pleasant . He also advised me about another problem and did not charge me.I highly recommend him.
