We have a bath with taps to the side, a flexihose washer perished causing a water leak. We got a plumber to look at it who said the bath would have to come out and a bath with end taps fitted. We got Adept to have a look and within two hours the diagnosis was made and a new flexihose fitted. We were impressed and relieved as this certainly saved us hundreds of pounds. We have always found Adept to be reliable and professional.

Adept were recommended to me by a friend in Cheltenham who has used them for years. Stuart serviced our Glowworm boiler and fitted a new expansion vessel. Both works were completed to budget and to time specified. Friendly and professional. I would use again and recommend.

Our central heating went on the blink six days before Xmas and our normal plumber was away for a week so I trawled the Internet and called seven local firms... had to leave a message with all of them! Adept responded to the call within hours and were round early next morning. They changed the the valve which was faulty and then I had them change the controller which was old and the pump which they pointed out was noisy and rusted. Problems all solved and they did it within two days - before any of the other firms had even responded to my messages! Chris, the guy who did the work was very professional very efficient, took his shoes off without being asked and cleaned up perfectly. I was thankful that we could use them and will use them again.

Boiler service and alterations to existing installations to comply with current regulations. Stuart turned up on time, mask on and completed the works in a friendly and experienced manner, following the service he noticed that an over pipe was incorrectly sized, he called to inform me and then got one of his employees to come round an hour later and rectify the problem. All in all, a perfect and hassle free and good value service.

Came on time and sorted our complex underfloor heating system efficiently and effectively. Also checked the upstairs radiator system.

We have used Adept on a couple of occasions, the first of which was two days before Christmas. The recent work was to install a new boiler. Everything was explained beforehand and a detailed estimate provided. The engineer arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleared up afterwards. Emailed Stuart on Sunday to say boiler was playing up, he replied same day saying he would be there Monday. He arrived mid morning Monday and fixed the boiler! Couldn't ask for more...
