I had all windows in the house replaced. The men who did them, started at 08.30 and finished at 15.30 on both days and worked non stop throughout. They were polite, courteous and very respectful, using dust sheets and boards throughout the house and cleaning any mess from the installation of the windows both inside and outside the house. I'm so pleased with the end results from good workmanship and a job well done. I would definitely recommend ADG to anyone who needs their windows replacing. Thank you ADG for a job well done with minimal disruption and excellent service from phoning to book a visit, to the finished result had all windows in the house replaced.

ADG came to my flat to install my new UPVC windows on Wednesday 3rd April!! From start to finish the experience with ADG has been outstanding. I had a new composite front door installed, which was a bespoke colour. The fitters were prompt and on time. The installation was done to an exceptionally high standard, there was no mess and all work was carried out with the least disruption. The price was as quoted, no hidden extras. From the first phone call to ADG, to the initial measuring up and quote, to work being completed, was seamless and outstanding. I would highly recommend ADG for windows and doors.

We booked a job with ADG to replace all our windows and the font door. From the initial contact, the team was very friendly and professional. Turned up on time to quote us, take measurements and for installation as planned. Workmanship of Paul and Garry was top class. They made sure all the floors and other bits were covered well before starting any work. Left the house nice and tidy after the job. We love our new windows and door. They even went the extra mile to fix an existing door that was not locking properly. Cannot recommend ADG enough!

ADG replaced 2 bay windows and the ‘barrel’ in between, plus making good inside. I am delighted with the work carried out. Just had all windows and doors replaced by ADG. Steph and James were great, a lovely couple who measured and explained everything. Gary and Paul who fitted the windows were lovely (Dad and son). They were very helpful and tried there best to keep house as clean as they could. ( I expected more dirt and dust but it was kept to a minimum ). Was told it would take 3 days but it was more like 2. Absolutely love the finished product. Very happy 😃. Thank you .

James and his team replaced my daughter's very old and rotten windows, including the damaged stained glass lights, which were in danger of falling out at any moment. The team removed the fragile stained glass without further damage and it was taken away for full restoration - and the result is amazing! The windows generally look a hundred times better, but the repaired stained glass is particularly wonderful. The communication was good throughout, the men turned up when they said they would, they cleaned up afterwards and everything was finished perfectly and on time. And the price was very reasonable - Affordable Double Glazing lives up to its name. I cannot recommend ADG too highly. Thank you, James!

ADG replaced all the windows of my 2 bed flat. They were excellent throughout in terms of communication, and the quote was very competitive. The installation went off without a hitch, and their post implementation support was really good too (fielding lots of silly questions from me regarding certificates and warranties). Would recommend.

I have had double-glazing conservatory and new patio doors done by ADG. What the customer wants the customer gets. Catio has been attached to conservatory at my request. Nothing is too much trouble, everything completed to the highest standard, after sales service is second to none. If you are after the best at a competitive price you would be a fool not to choose ADG. James is an absolute perfectionist don't think I would want to work for him lol. I would highly recommend a quotation from ADG.

Firstly, we are over the moon with the finished project ! Everything went perfectly from the first time we discussed the project with James , the detailed written plan and costings. The agreed timescale for the work to start and complete was achieved without any issues. The fitters were amazing, helpful polite and a pleasure to have around. We expected some decorating work would be needed as some of the windows were 100 years old and we’re difficult to remove. We were completely wrong we were amazed at the finish it was perfect. We would not hesitate to use ADG again.

I couldn't speak more highly of James and his team. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The work carried out was to the highest of standard with high quality windows and doors used. I did shop around and the price was very competitive. The work was a back door and bay window. It was done according to the agreed schedule and budget. I had to cancel the first appointment at short notice because of an emergency and was met with understanding and helpfulness in re arranging another time for the work to go ahead. The workmen were very efficient and spent time checking I could open and close the door and window before leaving. There was good after care with a telephone check to see that I was satisfied with the work and an explanation of when I would receive the invoice and relevant paperwork. I will hopefully be using the same company for further work next Spring and would recommend them.

ADG have just replaced my old double glazing two composite doors and six windows. I was recommended them by a co worker of mine. they were brilliant, the two workers Stacey and Alex were great, they never stopped, the work is excellent. how they did it on two of the hottest days of the year I don't know. They were very neat and tidy and left me with no tidying up to do. My neighbours have also commented on how well they worked and on the windows themselves. Would highly recommend them.

James and his team were a pleasure to work with. The quality of the work and attention to detail from the fitters was very high. The new lintel, brickwork, composite door, bay window and guttering were all finished within a few days of James carrying out the survey. James checked on the work throughout and made sure I was happy with everything as the job progressed. Everything was cleared when job was completed. Highly recommended.

James was extremely helpful when giving me the quote and suggesting the solution to making my front window more energy efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and not pushy to make a sale. The price was reasonable too. The 2 fitters did a great job and advised me straight away of anything I needed to know. They always cleaned up after themselves and had impeccable manners.

Had windows and a new porch done, I am very nervous when dealing with tradesmen but I needn’t have worried. Steph and James provided the initial quote, even come back a couple of times to answer query’s making sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted. Excellent fitters Stacey and Alex never stopped despite terrible weather. Wes did a brilliant job on porch roof and ensured guttering was matched to my existing one I didn’t even have to ask. Adam also helped. Every step was explained to me nothing was to much bother for this team. Would not hesitate to place future business with ADG. House looks fantastic I now have the best porch on the row. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

I called on a Sunday to report a shattered window in my porch. James arranged to come round the next day. He arrived as arranged, measured up and gave me a price and date it would be ready. On the day he said it would be ready he came and replaced the window, at the price quoted, quickly and professionally. Whilst he was here I asked about my back door which was not closing properly so the wind and rain were coming in. He took a look and fixed it there and then at no extra charge! Would definitely recommend and use again.

This is the second time we have used ADG Double Glazing. 12 months ago they fitted 2 upstairs windows & front & back doors. Today they fitted our living room window. All work carried out speedily but systematically & efficiently. Good attention to finishing. All items supplied are of good quality. Pleasant workmen, very tidy, cleaned up all mess afterwards. Work was done on the day and to the price agreed. Happy to recommend to others based on our experience.

This company ADG Affordable double glazing did everything we asked of them. We had nine windows and two doors and a door canopy fitted. The work was done to the highest standard. The workmen were very polite, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves. We can't praise them enough. The estimate they gave us was spot on. I would recommend them to anyone. We were instantly put at ease by the friendliness of all involved.

Had new doors and windows fitted about eighteen months ago and the locking mechanism on the door started sticking. ADG was round in ten minutes and had it fixed under warranty that morning.
