When it goes wrong expect it go badly wrong. A 6 week project taking over 9 months and the Managing Director refusing to discuss the project, issuing demands for payment and refusing to attend to defects in the works. Despite writing to the Company in December it took over 2 months for a 'verbal' reply and after 3 letters to Associated Windows, they have issued legal proceedings for a 'debt recovery' on an incomplete project. Associated Windows admit that they have lacked 'project management skills and that new people are employed. Don't think you are paying top money for top service! Expect them to be less than sympathetic or interested in resolving matters. Standby for their day in Court!

It is regrettable to read your comments, not least as they represent a number of inaccuracies. This is the first time in Associated Windows trading history that they have issued legal proceedings to recover an outstanding balance and it is certainly not a decision that has been taken lightly. It is evident from your comments that there is a degree of ''sour grapes'' as a result of the legal route that Associated Windows have taken. Associated Windows is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and will be more than happy to discuss this matter further.

We had our conservatory glass removed and replaced with a solid roof, we felt comfortable at every stage and very impressed everyone involved with company. The work was of high quality and all the workers were very tidy and courteous, we would definitely recommend.

Team arrived to plan, were polite and efficient and went beyond the call of duty to give a hand to another trader working on site. The trader could improve on communication, where they failed to issue written contract details beforehand and were not proactive in giving reassurances that timescales would match those of builder on site.

We had multiple pvc windows & doors replaced. Comprehensive showroom. Helpful sales advice, courteous & tidy fitters (they even vacuumed my stairs!!) Excellent quality windows. We would definitely recommend Associated Windows.
