The pull cord switch in the bathroom had stopped working. Adam came out the day after I contacted him and replaced the faulty socket quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I could not have asked for more and would definitely contact him again if I need any electrical work done. First class service!

I contacted Adam by phone and he was able to arrange a time to do the work which was convenient and prompt. He arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful, replacing the fan unit which was causing trouble quickly and easily. I asked his advice on other matters and he was extremely helpful, avoiding additional expense where it was possible to do so. We shall be very happy indeed to employ Adam again should the need arise.

Firstly I was pleased that Adam actually responded to my request to come out and quote for some work as that in itself has been a challenge! He talked me through everything and was clear about things that didn't need his services. He then was able to complete the work quickly and to quote. I had Adam out to replace a broken thermostat dial and also to track down a electrical fault that previous electricians had failed to find. Adam was systematic in finding the issue and providing a solution so I was very pleased with the result.

Adam had a number of jobs to do in my house including fixing issues that the previous electricians had left that weren't working properly. He had some trouble completing one of them, but was incredibly persistent in sourcing the right equipment, and also did research to be able to sort one of the other issues. I am extremely pleased with his work and relieved that everything now works brilliantly. Everybody remarked how clean and tidy he was too!

I found Adam through trusted traders and I'm so glad I went with him. He's polite, and consulted me on all the decisions so that I got what I wanted. He did a lot of little bits of work, adding plugs in several rooms, changing light bulbs that I couldn't manage, changing a light fitting, and adding a security light in the back garden. It has all been completed incredibly neatly. Where he couldn't complete the work because my builders had done it so badly in the first place, he is going to get appropriate parts to be able to replace, and also source another control for me. If I have anything else to be done, he is definitely coming back!
