After the failure of my old main laptop I decided to take the opportunity to start using a brand new laptop that I had previously bought. As I could not contact an engineer I had previously used I then looked in a local community list of tradespeople and found Adrian Mars. I saw that he had excellent reviews on social media so I decided to contact him. He was immediately helpful, agreed to set up my new laptop and to try to transfer all material from my old, non-functioning laptop, to my new one. I delivered both machines to Mr Mars on June 13 and he contacted a number of times in the following days to inform me of what he was doing and ask me questions where necessary. Five days later the work was complete. When I picked up both machines Mr Mars gave me a nine page report, in print and pdf form, outlining the work that he had done and also giving some general advice. During the following few days I contacted him on a number of issues with the new software which he helped resolve online. All in all I found Mr Mars to be very knowledgeable, keen to help, reliable and charging a fair price. I will add my name to those recommending him on my local community "Tradespeople you can trust" list.

Last issue Adrian diagnosed and fixed was an issue with Outlook and email web hosting efficiently and effectively. Has been looking after my personal and business IT for years. Reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

For the past decade or more, Adrian Mars has been my trusted computer technician: the person I go to for all manner of professional help and advice on all matters technological. Over the years, Adrian has given me comprehensive and realistic advice whenever I have needed it: a new digital device or how best to update or adapt an existing one. As the rapidly advancing computer world has increasingly enveloped so much of our lives (and tempted everyone to subscribe, or seek access to, many new forms of data - some genuine, others false! - it is always to Adrian that I have turned, and continue to turn, for practical advice.
