Adrian Mars MSc(IT) IT Consultancy

My partner had a problem with his laptop being unable to connect to the internet. After struggling to resolve this issue by ourselves we telephoned Adrian. He guided us through what we needed to do to resolve this issue. He was very clear and helpful and patient with us. We were able to resolve the issue by following his clear instructions. We were very happy with his service and can thoroughly recommend him.

I was impressed by his very, very quick way of work, even in my case, it wasn't urgent but for someone that could be using the pc for day to day work, it should be very good using his services, he also documented in a form of 2 pages for me to understand what he did with some images of my BIOS and some advice in a clear manner, I loved that detail. He made some changes on my BIOS and added the M2 adapter of Oculink to the first slot of hard drive, added drivers and configured the new graphic card in the external GPU dock I bought and sent me some pictures for clarifying me If I had those cables in good position before. And also, today brought me back one of the cables on the mini pc we just forget to check because I was to his house for two times, and it was a pain all the journey outside. He also called me by phone to try to explain. Even I didn't test yet fully with IA, I can see the difference in one video with particles system and webcam interaction and can sense the difference with the external graphic card. He earlier even recommended me some options of graphic card when I had my doubts even thought by email. I recommend a lot Adrian very efficient and have passion for his job, he knows what he does for sure.

Adrian responded quickly to my email. We spoke and he suggested attempting a remote solution rather than immediately coming. A time for a call was agreed and he phoned at the agreed time. He solved our problem remotely and the charge was incredibly reasonable. Adrian is helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him more highly.

My elderly computer was failing to record up to date emails. I phoned Adrian who said that he could probably help without visiting me. But when he tried to assist, my ignorance of computers proved too much so he arranged to come round. He did so but although he spent almost 2 hours trying to sort out my problem he did not entirely succeed but a) he made adjustments which helped the computer to act more swiftly, and b) he altered the email service so that I could use a different email address. Throughout he was courteous and efficient and gave me useful advice. His charges were reasonable and he expressly declined to charge for his time in getting to me and back. Altogether a good experience. I regard him as my computer expert and I anticipate using his services again.

i have been a client of Adriene Mars since 2018. i asked for a recommendation , from my local community , and Adriene was highly sought after both for technical expertise , and for being completely trusted with sensitive material . Adriene is well known and widely respected . and i am very happy to recommend him unconditionally . always a five star service . no job too big or too complex . however he is also wonderful with people like myself , who are older people , not very technical , and are need of help for small maters . so to sum Adriene up . no job to big or too small and a really trusted technician .

When I started my animation cpompany 20 years ago I knew nothing about IT. I found Adrian Mars in the Camden local paper and ever since he has trained me in what to buy, set it up for me, showed me (patiently) what to do and been available for panicky phone calls. His rate has been and still is reasonable. He has much wider expertise in the IT world than just mending local stuff and understands what is ahead. I have recently moved to Leeds and he is still coping with my computer by remote control, has just set up a laptop for me. He is indeed a trusted trader.
