We were extremely pleased with the service from ADS Plumbing and Heating. They came out the same day as our boiler broke down, diagnosed the problem, which we knew was a major issue. We opted for a replacement boiler, accepting an estimate which was sent to us later in the day. The new boiler was installed 5 days later; much appreciated during a cold spell of weather. The work was done efficiently and cleanly by polite and friendly workers; an engineer and his apprentice. The required paperwork followed in the next couple of weeks. An excellent service.

ADS promise a high quality service - and fully deliver, exceeding our expectations. Personal, professional service delivered by engineers who respected our property, kept us informed and provide a prompt back-up and boiler service if required. Post-installation of a new boiler, a very minor issue was promptly addressed. ADS provide very good written back up about the work they undertake, arrived on time and left after cleaning up. We changed from a very old floor-standing gas boiler in the kitchen to a combi boiler situated in the old airing cupboard. This involved removing the tanks in the loft, and we had 3 new radiators. Lots of new pipe work. Professional estimate by knowledgeable tradesman. Worcester Bosch recommended. Estimate not cheap, but service good and all done to time as described over 3 days. Overall great to see a local company with such high standards.

ADS came to install new Combi Boiler. Engineer came on 8th August. Nothing was too much trouble. Very courteous and helpful. Explained how to use boiler. Polite and tidied up afterwards. Engineer came back to re-explain some details of the working of the boiler. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

A very professional company to deal with from initial contact to job completion, I wish all companies were like this. The job itself was to replace an old boiler with the latest Worcester greenstar 8000 series. The standard of work was outstanding and very neat compared with the old boiler install. The boiler itself is clearly high quality and quiet when running. With a 12 year guarantee for parts and labour it seems a 'no brainer' replacement. The company also does the yearly service at a very competitive rate.I would highly recommend this company and give it 5 stars.

ADS fitted a Worcester-Bosch oil boiler as a replacement for the nearly 30 year old previous boiler. They also updated the valve layout, flue and control system to modern standards. Once fitted they checked that the system was working. That was in the sumemer when the heating is hardly used; but now some months later with the colder weather I can confirm that it does all work well. The work was carried out over 2 days, as scheduled in their quotation and to cost. They were tidy and polite throughout the work. In conclusion I have no hesitation in recommending ADS.

We had a problem with our toilet leaking and the flush not working correctly. We called the ads Gas team and they were with us within 3 hours and sorted the problem immediately. The young lad that came out was friendly, very knowledgeable and diagnosed the fault within minutes. Once the problem was found he fixed the problem within an hour. Highly recommend these guys. Transparent and stright to the point. Thank you once again for being on hand when the panic set in.

I had an old system boiler replaced with a combi boiler. Competitive quote and accurate description of work involved. 2 workmen came for 2 days and quickly completed the task. Clean and tidy and explained the tasks to be undertaken at each stage of the job

I had a quote from ADS and I was given a lot of confidence, so I booked them to replace my extremely old boiler. I can thoroughly recommend, they turned up on time, were polite, professional and tidy. I was kept updated on what they were doing and what was next in the process. After the fitting I received a gas safety certificate and notification that the boiler is registered with Worcester Bosch.

Adam Lewis gave a quote for replacing life expired boiler - not the cheapest but he came over as competent and confident and I went with him. I've no reason to think it was other than the right decision. ADS turned up on time on the appointed day, and carried out the work in the three days estimated. They were courteous, considerate, and as quiet and unobtrusive as possible given the nature of the job. They cleaned up their mess and removed the old boiler and all waste materials from site. The new boiler has now been in for three months and has performed perfectly.

I contacted ADS to assess the need for a replacement boiler, and their representative called within a couple of hours. It was decided to proceed, and the boiler was installed two weeks later. The work was carried out efficiently, and there was neither fuss nor bother.

We had quotes for a new boiler from ADS and one other supplier, both being local to us. We chose ADS to install a new Worcester boiler. This replaced a previous Worcester one so as expected the exchange went quite smoothly. All ADS employees we dealt with were very pleasant and inspired confidence. One minor point is that the competing supplier did mention that some part of the gas supply pipe might need to be resized to guarantee adequate pressure, which had not been mentioned by ADS. In the event the supply pressure did need to be marginally adjusted by Centrica. ADS arranged for this to be done immediately with no actual pipe work change being required.

Ads fitted me a new boiler and associated work. I was really pleased with everyone I dealt with and the work went really well. It's great to be warm again.

We found ADS through the Worcester-Bosch site, our old boiler having lasted 18 yrs was not efficient and had had more parts replaced than Trigger's broom. We initially chose 3 recommended fitters for quotes. Two of them recommended a different boiler to the one the Worcester-Bosch site had recommended for us. On investigating we found that this particular boiler is an older model (therefore cheaper for them to buy) even though the quotes were not cheaper than ADS. ADS gave us a more efficient and latest model boiler and the service was superb. No hitches from start to finish. The men who came to fit the boiler were friendly and polite, they worked quietly and efficiently and had the work completed quickly. The fitter then spent time showing us how to use the new thermostat control and made sure we were happy with everything. I would certainly use them again.

We had a partial repipe done, they were extremely efficient they went above what we thought they were going to do. It was an awkward job especially having to go in eaves of loft conversion. I know one of plumbers were called Howard I think other one is called Kieran & we were told there was another person do not know his name but I cannot recommend them highly enough. Your home will be in safe hands with them.

ADS were initially contacted through the Worcester Bosch website Accredited Installer email contact app. Rita at ADS made a prompt response to this approach and in arranging a visit by Adam to to look at our existing central heating and hot water system installation and to advise us on the appropriate boiler model and size to replace our ageing boiler and its control items. Following our acceptance of the ADS quotation the work was efficiently and satisfactorily carried out and fully completed two weeks later by ADS team members Tom and Jack. We now have the benefit of a more efficient heating and hot water installation. We would happily recommend ADS when considering boiler replacement.

We are using ADS Plumbing and Heating for second time and they have been as brilliant the first one. They were very responsive to our request and very flexible and clear with their quote. They came in the property the date we agreed and completed the installation of the combi boiler within two days, as we had agreed. They also took extremely good care of the property and removed all the old pipes and water tank. I cannot fault them on anything. They are brilliant. I will use them any time again.

I would like to thank everyone at ADS for their caring positive response to my enquiry for a Power Flush in the heating system. They came next day to see what needed to be done and sent the quotation quickly, and a week later the job had been completed. From the moment they arrived, I relaxed. They were a pleasure to have in the house and they worked non stop. No mess, and carpets protected. Excellent. I can thoroughly recommend this Company, from first enquiry to job being done, they were superb.

I had three quotations for a new boiler and the one from ADS, apart from being the lowest quote was also the most detailed and best presented. The agreed date for installation was approx three weeks from the date of acceptance and the work was carried out on the agreed date. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and extremely clean and tidy throughout the time on site. A small problem with the electrics was soon overcome and did not extend the work beyond the one day the had been expected. Communication with ADS has been very good both before and after the day of installation. Both the two plumbers and the electricians that carried out the work were very polite and pleasant to work with, my wife and I were more than happy to have them in the house and look forward to them carrying out the first service in a years time. I would be more than happy to recommend ADS Plumbing and Heating Services to anyone who requires such services.

My old boiler which was 14 years old broke down so I called ADS and Adam came that evening 18/08/21gave good advice and a quote on a new boiler and that it could be installed on the Friday 20th. The 2 lads came dead on time (Howard and Jack) and cracked on, very polite and very efficient at their job. They were done by 15.30 then Howard explained how the boiler and thermostat worked. They left the kitchen cleaner than it was before they came and the old boiler taken away. Excellent service and came in on budget and great after service. Thanks, Neal.

ADS did an excellent job fitting my new boiler. They were so efficient and clean putting protective covering on all the carpets and on the stairs, there was no mess whatsoever. We recently had ADS to quote and then install complete new boiler and central heating system, and from start to finish they provided a 5 star service, everything from Adam coming to do the quote, the office staff who we leased with when we wanted to change the style of radiators couldn't have been more helpful, and finally the installation team who did all the work were extremely professional in all aspects of the work and would thoroughly recommend ADS to anyone who wants a reliable professional team to do any plumbing or heating work.
