ADS carried out a complete back to brick refurbishment of our bathroom and installation of a new tank. The service received from the whole team has been first class; they have been hard working, polite and efficient. Particular mention must be made of Steve, who was responsible for the bathroom refit. His attention to detail and workmanship is superb (and I'm not easy to please!). We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend ADS. We will definitely use them again.

ADS impressed us from start to finish! Adam promptly followed up on our request to quote from the Bosch website (only 2 out of 5 bothered to reply to us) and provided a very professional and competitive quote. He was able to fit us in quickly as we had no central heating. Due to Brexit supply issues, they had to go and fetch the last available boiler in England from Worcestershire (we are in Derbyshire) and didn’t charge any extra for this. Jay and Kieran came to fit the boiler, they were prompt, covid conscious, careful and worked hard all day. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the level of workmanship we received. Adam came to complete the boiler settings paperwork a couple of weeks afterwards (as we were not sure if the factory settings would be adequate so tried it to see) and to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We love the fact that ADS have the lovely and helpful Rita in the office so you can always get hold of someone. We have been very pleased with ADS and would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are small enough to care and big enough to always have someone available!

Team of craftsmen arrived when agreed and worked hard for two days in a friendly and very efficient manner. New boiler up and running and we are very happy with it. I used ADS as they came recommended, now following the quality work they completed I can add my recommendation. They installed a first-class system ensuring all pipework, pumps, electric valves, filter etc, were sized to ensure the system operates at its most efficient. The two heating eng, Jay and Will are first class and very knowledgeable. Initial discussions with Adam demonstrated an in-depth knowledge and experience that has resulted in a first-class system.

Myself and my young family have just bought our new (1970's) house. The weather outside changed to frosty nights, we flicked the switch and our boiler spluttered to life but then died. We contacted a couple of local plumbers around Ashbourne and Derby but to no avail, either they were on holiday, too busy, not returning calls etc. What impressed me initially with ADS was their prompt response to my enquiry and how quickly they always answer the phone. Rita, who manages the office is a credit to the team! She quickly grasped my situation and Adam came out to look at our current boiler and quote us on a replacement. Adam helped us sort out heating with a temporary fix so we could keep our young daughter warm at night, which we very much appreciated. On the date and time agreed, Jamie came out to replace our boiler and one of our radiators, which had become corroded and was leaking. While we weren't at the property my father-in-law was, (he's a stickler for tidiness, professionalism and good old fashioned values!) he was incredibly impressed with ADS and called me later (he doesn't do text) to say how tidy Jamie was and how he covered the stairs and hallway with plastic covering and how neat his work was. Our house is now, toasty toasty warm and we can control our heating with the hive. Once more, we've used interest free finance (again from ADS) so we didn't have to find the money just before Christmas. Thank you ADS for everything. Will recommend you guys to everyone!

I decided to organise having a new combi boiler fitted for my daughter as a surprise. ADS plumbers have completed work for other members of my family, therefore, along with their good reputation and value for money the decision was made. I requested that if possible the work could be completed before my daughter and her family arrived home. The lads worked relentlessly and left with 5 minutes to spare. ADS plumbers are efficient, professional, courteous and excellent value for money. Also everything was left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ADS is a really excellent company. The initial survey with Adam was very thorough and gave me huge confidence that he knew what he was talking about and would fix my various heating issues. The two guys that came to do the boiler installation and repair were both friendly, tidy and highly professional and explained everything very clearly and well. ADS also organised for sub-contract electricians to come out exactly when they needed them so that the whole job went smoothly. Finally Rita dealt with billing and other enquiries very quickly and efficiently. Also approx £600 cheaper than my British Gas quote. Great job - a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I had a boiler replaced. They helped us decide which boiler to choose as I hadn't a clue. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves once the job had been finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again myself should the need arise.

ADS Plumbing & Heating carried out a combination boiler installation at my property, the workmen were considerate and courteous, professional and highly skilled going about there task with the minimum of disruption to my household. The staff carried out a first rate installation arriving when they said they would and leaving me satisfied with a job well done. The owner Mr Lewis called to check we were happy with the work being carried out and his office manager Rita called to keep is up to date with the progress of the certification. A service above and beyond expectations.

We chose ADS as they offered and promised after service as we had a bit of a project house. They were great fitting the boiler and had no issues with that, however we have since been trying to book them with ample time for smaller jobs and we never get a call back with regards to getting it booked. Have been left feeling like they are only interested in the large cash generating jobs and not so much with supporting existing customers.

I wanted someone to replace my 20 year old boiler. Having read the which reports I made up my mind on a Worcester heat only boiler. A short list was made of local traders who were registered Worcester installers. Although ADS were not the cheapest, they were the only one who listened to my requirements and came up with proposals that would meet my needs. They did not make suggestions for unnecessary work which others had done. ADS came to my house on the appointed day and completed the work within the day. They made suggestions on the settings of the various components of my central heating system, which have proved very successful. My old boiler was taken by them and the area around the new boiler was left clean and dust free. I have delayed submitting this report for two months and am more than happy with the effectiveness of the new boiler and revised settings, and have no reservations in recommending ADS for central heating installations.
