The boiler was delivered at 9.00 am then the installers arrived. They were considerate, quite and they finished early afternoon. They showed us how to work the controller, leaving an invoice which we paid by bank transfer. We had to ask for an email to confirm receipt of payment.

Adam from ADS plumbing did the quotation and we are delighted with the new boiler Baxi BBU boilerthat replaced our 1987 Baxi Bermuda. Despite a few unexpected obstacles such as two RSJ's under our upstairs floor boards he managed to resolve the pipe routing and the job was completed at the agreed price. I recommended the firm to my Brother who also had a boiler in his loft replaced. Interestingly other firms would not replace the loft boiler quoting regulations that did not exist. In reality they did not want the hard work of a loft replacement. I now use them for servicing - my boiler has been trouble free for 16 months and has saved me around 30% on my gas bill.

I had a boiler fitted in the airing cupboard & 3 extra radiators. Two engineers & an apprentice arrived promptly at a time suitable for me. Firstly, all the floor area from the front door to the back bedroom was completely covered with a protective film & every bit of rubbish was cleaned up before they left. They were all very professional & courteous & the work was completed in a day. The job was reasonably priced & I have already recommended this firm to other people. Excellent work!

We had a new boiler fitted by Ads in October 2015 which involved re-beating the new boiler in the kitchen from the old location upstairs. The fitters turned up bang on time, were nice guys and didn't stop all day. They laid floor protection so all our carpets stayed clean. The new boiler is great and the service from Ads equally so. We'd have no hesitation in recommending them and will be using them for any future work we need.

We had a complete bathroom refit by Adam. The work did evolve as the project progressed but the finish was first class and even though it is an old house Adam over came the problems he faced with fantastic, technical expertise with a can-do attitude. There was one remedial issue which was attended to the following day and completed.We would definitely employee this company again and have no complaints.

In response to my enquiry for the above, a prompt survey of the existing house installation/surrounds and followed up with a professional quotation for each of two options under consideration was provided. All queries advisory/technical were impressively dealt with and a final quotation agreed. The work ethic/standard of workmanship by the installation engineer was exemplary, together with his management of the work content and supervising the apprentice. The customer service from procurement to completion was first class and the trader highly recommended.
