I was in desperate need of a damp survey for my buyer”s lender and found the company on the Which website. I contacted Jason and same day I managed to secure an appointment, which was within 2 days. Jason was professional and I cannot believe how honest he was, compared to other companies who were a complete rip off. I was given sound advice and Jason did the educational piece by clearly articulating issues, how it happened and suggested cost effective solutions. I wish I had found Jason before. Jason made an assessment on the internal and external parts of the house and took moisture readings. His prices are very reasonable compared to other companies I was looking at. The quote for the remediation work was also very reasonable, something I will be going for. I also received a detailed professional report within 2 days. We used Jason and team to tank two rooms in our old Victorian house, we were really struggling with damp. We have a dog that isn't great with strangers, so we actually had to vacate while the work was being done. Given that Jason and team were Which? trusted traders we felt much better about this. The communication around the work was great, we were sent lots of update photos while we were away. The 'after care' support was also incredibly helpful, as we went on to have some additional work done and Jason had no issues supporting me with any questions, ensuring nothing would impact the work he had done. I have already recommend Jason and team to other neighbors and they would be my first check point for any work that needs to be done in the future. I felt the cost of the work was very reasonable, and we were very happy with the way that the house was left!

Jason and his son carried out a variety of damp work inside and outside our house, to a very high standard and at a competitive rate. Jason made it very clear from the outset the cost of the work that needed doing and kept to that cost. Jason has completed work on our house a number of times over the past 10 years and I do not hesitate to recommend him to others.
