We had issues with the overflow pipe and the water tank. Stuart came out and did a very thorough job, not only fixing the problem but also leaving us with additional advice as to what we could do next. He discovered the water tank may need replacing at some point, due to the top having rotted and advised us on what we could do. Our loft hatch is really narrow and he personally inspected everything, crawling through the extremely narrow space to do so. We are really grateful to him for rectifying the problem and for all the effort he took to do so.

Responded very quickly to a non emergency email contact and visited next morning to provide an estimate. Fixed the problem while there and refused payment. My 89 year old mother was very impressed and felt comfortable in Stuart's company. Very impressed and will definitely make him the first contact to call when we have need of his services in future. Highly recommended.

Came at promised time. Quickly established and demonstrated cause of a leak that has been dogging me for months despite previous visits from other plumbers involving taking up of carpets and floorboards. Then also fixed up two radiators with faulty taps. Whole visit under an hour and zero disruption. Very pleased with work and advice received. Strongly recommended.
