I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

Advanced Clean did an amazing job on our carpets. We had new carpets 5 years ago and now all the stains have been removed and they look like new again. John is very professional, trustworthy and did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Lovely Clean Carpet - thanks
John Kilkenny was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. He arrived promptly and made sure I understood what he was doing and how long it would take. John was tidy polite and a pleasure to have in my house. The carpet now look like new and all stains have disappeared which will save me having to replace it. John did an excellent job for us, giving a quote promptly, arriving a little early for his appointment and then doing a great job on our carpets, which hadn't been cleaned for some years. His caring attitude towards his clients is exemplified by his checking whether I, a 66 year old man, had had a PSA test recently - all part of the service!

I have used many carpet cleaners over the years but none came anywhere near the service we got from John. Apart from leaving the carpets in our apartment looking as new, and communal staircase carpets miraculously clean (after very heavy use), John was incredibly pleasant to have around, charming, amusing and informative. Have no hesitation in recommending him to people looking for first-class carpet cleaner.

My daughter managed to get marker pen over our light-coloured living room carpet. I like to keep my house pristine and this certainly made me feel stressed! I contacted John and he responded very promptly. Within 48 hours he had come to our property, and successfully removed the marks. A great service and I will always turn to him in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning services.

John cleaned our carpets for us after building work. He was very easy to work with, and open and upfront about which stains might be lifted out of our very old and well worn carpet. We were working to quite tight timescales and John was very helpful in finding a time that worked for us. The service, quality and value were all great. John talked us through exactly what he was doing, and completed the job really neatly and our carpet now looks lovely - a huge improvement! Thank you!

I was very impressed with Advanced Clean's service. I received a response within 2 hours of reaching out on a Saturday, followed by a clear call with John and a prompt quote. My carpet was cleaned within 3 days of my initial inquiry — fast, professional, and highly efficient service. John was friendly, professional, and clear in setting expectations. Despite some tough stains, the carpet came out looking nearly brand new. As this is a rental property, the clean saved me the cost of replacement. The carpet clean was carried out after John visited my home to provide a quote for the work to be carried out. The quote was clear and also competitive for the work involved as my carpets and rugs needed a thorough clean. John arrived on time and was helpful too. John came in to clean the through lounge and the stairs. The stairs in particular were bad. John came in on time and did an excellent job with the minimum of fuss. The stairs in particular, considering their state, came up like new. An excellent job and I would recommend.
