I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

The Advanced Clean trader was an excellent carpet cleaner removing a stubborn stain which had been there for years. The carpet looked like new when he had finished. He was a friendly person and everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.

John is an extremely pleasant and straightforward person to work with. He is completely reliable and takes great care with his work. Our carpets look fantastic now - including one where I thought it would be impossible to remove the stains. I would totally recommend John to anyone.

John cleaned carpets of 4 rooms in my large flat, some of which had long-dried stains. The job is perfectly done. The stains came off 99%, despite the fact that John had said he couldn't promise that they would. He worked very carefully, covered the wood floors with rags he brought - and the machine he uses is very powerful. The carpets were dry enough for occasional use of the rooms in the afternoon and they were completely dry in less than 24 hours! Sparkling clean carpets and a very pleasant tradesman...

With an unexpected opportunity to clean my elderly mum's flat I was looking for a speedy service, and Advanced Clean delivered. I received a visit quotation within 24 hours of my enquiry, a Friday and had fabulously clean carpets on the following Monday. How's that for service. John was honest and open about what marks his cleaning process could and could not remove, so I knew exactly what to expect. That's what we all want isn't it? - no surprises!
