Advanced Clean

John Kilkenny has cleaned my carpets a few times, but I have known him through work jobs for many years. Our hall/dining room carpet leads to the back door, is a pinky beige & about 30 years old. He has performed miracles in restoring it time and again. John is very punctual, thorough and professional, a very friendly person and a pleasure to have in your home. Furthermore, he is extremely careful not to inadvertently knock or damage any furniture etc that can’t be moved, hope he never retires.

Having had builders make lots of dust, I once again turned to John to transform my carpets from dull and dusty to bright and clean. As always, he worked his magic on my many stairs and hallways without complaint in the heat not only of his machine but also of the rather hot weather as well. Always on time and on budget, what more can you ask for? Top marks once again!

John from Advanced Clean provided an excellent carpet cleaning service at a fair price. Within days of first contact, John visited our home to assess the cleaning task and then provide a price for the work. He explained the cleaning process and ‘managed our expectations’ of what might be (or not be) achieved on some of the carpet marks. A few days later he provided a breakdown of the work, which we had requested to be carried out over two days to enable us to prepare and relocate furnishings. We asked him to clean the carpets of three bedrooms, stairs and landing, sitting room and four rugs/runners. Communication was excellent throughout. John was punctual on both days. He uses professional equipment, techniques and products to provide an excellent result which exceeded our ‘managed expectations’. We are extremely happy with the outcome. He also took protection measures to ensure no collateral damage was done to our home during the cleaning process. I believe John really gets satisfaction from a ‘job well done’ and works hard to achieve it. He was very friendly, polite and helpful throughout the end-to-end process. I had Advanced Clean, cleaned my Carpets and I cannot praise this man enough and what a wonderful job he done. John was on time and he was very professional, friendly and got stains out and my carpets looked brand new. John came this week and cleaned out stairs carpet and landing upstairs. Good communication throughout the process, and an excellent job. John is a true professional, our carpet looked like new afterwards, even though it had been heavily trafficked beforehand with builders up and down the stairs. I was very impressed. John did a marvellous job of cleaning our 24 year old sofas so that they look almost brand new! He was so professional throughout the whole process - responding promptly to emails and calls, providing a quote in advance, explaining everything clearly and managing our expectations honestly.
