I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

This was the 2nd time I have used Advance Clean and would recommend to anyone. John cleaned my carpets and also my sofa. In all honesty, he said that he wasn't sure that the stains would come out of the sofa, but it has come up like new with no sign at all of the original marks. Before he cleaned my carpets I said that I thought I would probably need new carpets before he came next time. I felt very confident to go out whilst the carpets and sofa were being cleaned and when I returned John said when I saw the carpets he didn't think I would want to replace them. He was right. All the old stains have gone. No new carpet for me.

John, from Advanced Clean, did an excellent job on our carpets. John came a few days before he did the job to measure up and price the job (he cleaned all the carpets in our house). He came back a couple of days later to do the job. John is a diligent worker and cares about doing a good job. John asks about the different spots and marks on your carpet and then uses different solutions to clean them. He is also a very pleasant man to have working in your house. You can certainly find cheaper; but not better. We would definitely use Advanced Clean again.

I asked John to clean my stair carpet and a small room. He came, assessed the problem, explained to me what he was going to do and gave me a price, which I accepted and it was within my budget. He did an excellent job, my carpet and room look clean. John is a professional, he's friendly, good at communicating and has a high quality of work. I will recommend him and use him again.

I am so happy that I found John. He did a great job with all our carpets. Especially with the area where our 3 children watch television and play. It had a huge stain and he got rid of it! I found John through Which? Trusted Traders and have not been disappointed. I first used him to clean a sofa for me and he did an excellent job. I then asked him to clean the carpets in my daughter's house which she is renting out while she is out of the country. The carpets were pretty grubby and stained but were transformed after John had cleaned them. I was very pleased with the results. Also, not only is he very good at his job, but he seems to be a genuinely nice person so he is a pleasure to deal with.
