I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

I was recommended John for my carpets & sofa and do not regret using his services. He was punctual and very efficient in his work. I had a bad old stain on my sofa which I did not expect John to remove as I had been told by other cleaning companies that it was not possible. He made a great effort with different chemicals and did finally remove it to his credit. I did observe it took him a lot longer than anticipated by he did not charge any extra than the quoted price. He leaves all the areas very clean when finished. I will always use his services for my annual cleaning and recommend him to everyone requiring the services. Thanks John

We have used John a few times. I recommend him without restraint. He knows how to clean carpets of all kinds including expensive Persian rugs. Having read the excellent reviews on this website, I contacted John to discuss the pros and cons of anti-stain treatment on a new sofa. He responded to my email enquiry immediately and suggested we discuss the matter on the phone. I gave him my number and, when he rang, he was extremely helpful, very informative and answered all my queries. He even offered to treat a swatch of the upholstery material to prove to me that the treatment would not adversely affect the colour or texture of the fabric. I echo the many positive reviews and would strongly recommend his services.

John cleaned all the carpets in the communal areas of the Retirement a home that I manage. He also cleaned all the armchairs in the lounge some of which were heavily stained with tea, coffee and red wine. John did an excellent job, kept me informed throughout what he had planned and left all areas clean and tidy. The residents and I are very impressed with the job.

I had my increasingly soiled carpets cleaned twice in the last year and they remained pretty unpleasant. A new wine stain prompted me to try again. The results were amazing.
