I am John Kilkenny t/a Advanced Clean. I was awarded the 2012 Which? Local National Business of the Year, this has now become Which Trusted Trader, for my professional, value for money service and for giving my customers the best possible cleaning results. Since then I have received nearly 400 first class reviews on the trustedtrader.which.co.uk site. I also have nearly 400 first class reviews on Checkatrade.com This is something that I take great pride in that customers actually take time and effort to post a review for the quality of service that I provide. I cover most of North, North West and North East London, extending into South Hertfordshire and bordering Essex
I will usually call and give you a no obligation, free quotation. However sometimes it is something I can do over the phone especially if distance is involved I can offer an estimate and if this is accepted I will measure on arrival and give a firm price.

2 bedrooms, living room, hall, fully carpeted with light-ish carpet 3 years ago but became dirty, streaked, stained, burned, by hoards of careless teenagers. John worked on it for between 3-4 hours and left it transformed. DonÔøΩt need new carpeting now; John certainly deserved that Which? award.

Our carpets were very stained from lots of spillages caused by our two young chidren. John has done an amazing job and the carpets now look like new. We're really happy with the results and highly recommend John. We use John quite regularly, and every time he's brilliant.

Mr Kilkenny cleaned our carpets yesterday afternoon - they very much needed it as for the last couple of years my 101 year old mother-in-law has been regularly spilling tea and dropping food on them. This morning, having dried overnight, they looked splendid in daylight, with the numerous stains almost all either gone completely or very much reduced in intensity. I will certainly ask Mr Kilkenny to do our carpets again when needed, and would unhesitatingly recommend him to family and friends.

We had john in to clean our hallway and stairs carpets yesterday and we are so happy with the results. The carpets look like new again and we are very happy with the standard of work that john provided and the cost was very reasonable too. But what I wanted to say about john Kilkenny is that he is such a very nice guy and Me and family felt completely at ease around. When looking for tradesmen You come across people like john and straight away you now that you can trust them and you know that they are going to do a first class Job. We will defiantly be recommending john to all our friends and family.

John was very responsive, came around to provide a quote within a day and then cleaned the carpets a couple of days later. Very friendly with great customer service, suggesting that for our sofa and armchair we would be better getting the cushions dry cleaned as for the material concerned that would be better and cheaper - John did clean the rest of the suite coverings for a very good price and they now look great. There was also a small patch that I discovered later that hadn't come up clean and John immediately came back to fix at no cost. Overall great customer service, friendly, courteous and what seems to me to be a fair price given the amount of time John was on site..........oh and the carpets look so much better now :-)

I found John on Which Local on Tuesday afternoon and my carpets were cleaned by 9.30 the next morning! John was just so accommodating and dare I say "user friendly". He more than qualifies for his Which Local Business award and I wish there where more traders around like him. My carpets look fantastic and I couldn't believe how much they obviously needed a good cleaning! Both John and his son were friendly, professional, tidy and did a brilliant job at a brilliant price. I have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone.

Advanced Clean businessman John is exceptional. I accidentally came across his van advertising his carpet and upholstery cleaning service and as it had the Which logo on it, I decided to call. John was extremely professional from the word go. He made an appointment to assess the job, arrived promptly and provided me with a very reasonable quote. I immediately felt confident with his professionalism. He returned a few days later to clean my carpet. It is a cream colour and looks like new since Advanced Clean were at work..... John is very conscientious and hardworking. He wouldn't be happy leaving without doing a thorough job. We felt very comfortable having him in our home and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional, reasonable and exceptional carpet cleaning job. I will use Advanced clean again and recommend to all my friends.

John provided me with a very professional and effective service. My plain-coloured carpet is at least twenty years old and has suffered abuse from red wine, among other things! I contacted John not only because he had such excellent reviews in Which? Local but he was the closest contractor to my property. The carpet was in a rented property and had areas of wear and was generally in need of a clean throughout. When I first contacted John he was on holiday but he got in touch as soon as he returned and fitted me in the next day. He could not do much with the worn areas but, even so, they looked a lot better than before. The rest of the carpet looked like new. I would certainly use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I recently purchased a property in Muswell Hill and commissioned John to clean the carpets in the bedrooms, 2 Persian rugs, dining chairs and the 3 piece suite. John was very thorough in his cleaning and has done a great job. The carpets and upholstery look like new. Would I recommend John to anyone else. Yes I would.

I was very pleased with the carpet cleaning service that was provided by John. I read the recommendations and was not disappointed. John was extremely flexible and managed to fit me in at very short notice so that the carpets would be cleaned before I moved into the property. I contacted John because of all the recommendations on Which Local and he absolutely lived up to all of them. He is prompt, reasonably-priced, a quick and efficient worker - and a nice guy to boot! He did one bedroom, the sitting room, and the stairs and hallway. He told me in advance that he couldn't guarantee to get out all the stains in the bedroom but that he would do his best - and I was delighted with the result. He also cleaned and conditioned 2 leather sofas. I thoroughly recommend him.

I've used Advanced Clean services twice now. The first time was for the 2 bedrooms in my flat; which he did a great job with including removing some builders material dropped on one of them. I chose John after reading the excellent reviews on Which Local and like what everyone has already said he is very very good, and tries everything to remove stains. John takes his time and does not rush or give up, he takes great pride in his job. Communication was very prompt he returned my call on the same and came round to quote which was very competitive and job was carried out a few days later. I have booked him for my brothers house already which will be challenge!! But am completely confident if John can not get the stains out no one can. I feel very confident in recommending him to my friends and colleagues.

We chose John after checking the reviews on Which Local. The reviews were right! He replied quickly and came round to give us a quote, and returned very shortly after that to clean our carpets. He was very efficient and tried assiduously to get rid of every stain. He had a huge selection of different cleaners, and was not content to give up until he had tried everything. The carpets looked much better after he had finished. he was a pleasure to have in the hiouse, very friendly and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommenfd him to anybody

I rang a few carpet and upholstery cleaners before trying John. He took the time on the phone to ask me questions (especially about my sofa) and wanted to come over personally and quote it to ensure the fabrics would be protected. On the day of the job John took the utmost care and is most professional - the carpets and sofa looked fantastic. I would recommend John to anyone seeking a professional to look after their home.
