Josh and Sean were easy to deal with, polite considerate and helpful. The work undertaken was to fit French doors in a mobile home. The quality of work and materials were excellent the fitter was very quick, tidy and hard working the whole job only took him three hours and finished off the work by making the doors nice and pretty as he called it, by fitting trim inside and out. As a follow up josh phoned to ask if everything was ok and any problems would be fixed right away. Great price and very happy.

Have recently had sliding sash windows installed by Advanced plastics, from start to finish this company has been a pleasure to deal with. The product is excellent and the two installers couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant, installing the 7 windows in two days and the making good left me with no decorating to do at all. All in all a brilliant job.

This is the third time I've used Advanced Exterior Plastics to replace windows. Once again, I absolutely can't fault their service, fitting, or quality of windows that we've had installed. We were a little apprehensive about replacing the original sash windows in our Edwardian property, but the replacements - PVC sliding sash windows - look stunning, work brilliantly and are a good aesthetic match to the originals. Fitters are always tidy, efficient and very friendly and we won't hesitate to recommend and use again in the future.

Advanced provided a very competitive quote (one of three I obtained) for an extension/sun room. I chose them because they gave an ‘honest’ quote without any of the nonsense and they were the only ones that suggested a solid roof and not a glass one. All the work has been carried out to a very, very high standard and no issues that weren't resolved quickly (Planning Dept). All the materials were of top quality and all Tradesmen were of the very highest standard and extremely courteous and polite. They cleared up after themselves every day. Quote was provided over a year ago but planning permission caused a delay, then the wet winter and piling and then Covid, but no price increases on the original quote from them. Their Customer Service was exceptional throughout and nothing was too much trouble for them. In my view, they went above and beyond what was expected. So glad I chose Advanced Exterior Plastics and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

We had 3 windows and a patio door fitted. Andy was brilliant and very clean and tidy. It was fitted quickly and as agreed. The windows are lovely. There was a slight scratch in one panel that was replaced within 2 weeks. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
