Our friends recommended Andy and his team at Advanced Gas to discuss the removal of our old boiler and hot water tank and replacing with a new combi boiler. We received a prompt quote from Andy and based on his discussion around what would be involved in carrying out the work, we chose Advance Gas for the job! Reece and Tom were fantastic! Andy came on day 1 with the new boiler however Reece and Tom did the job with the utmost professionalism. They were respectful and kept the area clean and tidy. They were also really friendly young men and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. The work was started and completed on time with zero issues. Could not recommend this brilliant company more highly!

Needed a new boiler old one was failing. Phoned Advanced Gas Services Ltd. Asked for a quote which i received next day. Arranged for the next week. Great value for money. Arrived on time. Engineer explained everything and placed dust sheets everywhere. He worked in a very tidy and clean environment no tools everywhere. He took his shoes off to go in living room and upstairs ( no need to ) Had good conversation, very pleasant young man Louis. Cleaned up after himself and took away all the old boiler and bits. He then explained the controls to us and asked if we had any questions which we didn't as he explained clearly. Great job would highly recommend them. X

I used Advanced Gas to install my old boiler in 2008, and they serviced it annually. I had to have it removed and a new one installed, as the old one was no longer serviceable. Two engineers from Advanced Gas arrived first thing in the morning and worked all the way through with a brief stop for lunch. They ensured all my radiators were flushed, and they also repaired a couple of radiator leaks, a faulty toilet flush and two bath taps. They were polite, kind and extremely considerate, and even covered my carpet with plastic covering to ensure it remained clean. I have used Advanced Gas for 17 years and have found them to be nothing but excellent, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had a new boiler, water tank and hive fitted. Been running a couple of months now and working perfectly. Carpets covered to keep everything clean and also when finished, no mess to clean up. Pipework looks a lot better when they had finished than when they started. Happy with the price. Have no issue with recommending them.

From my first contact with the engineers at Advanced Gas gave me confidence in their capability, transparency and honesty. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard and efficiently. Completing the job on time including a couple of additional requests I had on the day. This did not phase them and then completed the addition work too. All of the engineers were helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.

Having used Advanced Gas Services previously for a gas boiler inspection, we contacted them for a quotation for the replacement of an old boiler at our new premises. They came back to us promptly with a very reasonable quotation and we asked them to proceed with the replacement. Luckily, they had a time slot for us within the week and carried the work out completely as promised. The work was meticulous and nothing was overlooked. Combi boiler fitted in new location, engineers arrived on time and worked hard to complete a first class job. Neat and tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. This is the second boiler I have had from AGS, the first in 2007. The boiler was relocated from the kitchen to the loft and all was completed in one day. The two man team were punctual and got straight on into the job and it was up and running perfectly in the afternoon with the old boiler and pipework taken away. I would have no hesitation in recommending AGS to anyone considering a new boiler.

The workmen came bang on time and started right away, I could not fault their work and the two people that did the installation, Chris and Andy, were exceptional workers, plus when they finished the installation they left the area spic and span, thank you very much, also my dialogue with their office was also Friendly and enjoyable, well done I will recommend the firm to anyone who wants a professional installation to give AGS a ring. As a chartered engineer I have been impressed by the workmanship on the new boiler installation and pipework. The neatness of this spoke volumes for your company standards. Your personnel Mark, Chris and Lewis were at all times polite and obliging, and we have been impressed by their general discretion in dealing with what has necessarily been a significant intrusion into our household. They were careful to ensure that temporary water and gas supplies were available for us whenever possible. The work was carried out with very little mess and all was left cleaned up afterwards. We will be happy to recommend your company to others, and expect to make onward use of you to service our installation.

I arranged for my mum's boiler to be repaired and I received excellent service. The whole team were very friendly, from the initial calls to completing the repairs and then with the aftercare. Chris arrived on time, was very efficient and tidy and really helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Work commenced and completed on schedule. Work carried out to a high standard, All rubbish and unwanted items removed. All staff, office and engineers, polite and helpful. Estimated costs adhered to. Necessary documentation(warranty, Bld. Regs. etc.) provided promptly.

Advanced Gas Services were recommended to us by 3 other family members and now highly recommended by us. Mark and Liam turned up on the time they had stated just after 8am and they worked all day none stop it seemed to us, we gave them several cups of tea but never saw them stop even then. They were both friendly and polite and respectful of our house, Mark explained the new Boiler controls to us when the job was finished and they cleaned up and took all the packing materials and old boiler with them. I contacted Advanced Gas on the recommendation of my brother who has been a customer of the Company for over 20 years and how pleased I am that I did. The work carried out by by Mark and his team ( Macaulay, Lewis and Liam) was to an extremely high standard. They arrived on time each morning and worked extremely hard during the day. The work undertaken was very neat and they were tidy, polite and helpful in explaining what they were doing. The system was installed within the agreed timescale and estimate . Time was taken by Mark and Liam to explain how the controls worked and answer any questions that I had. The Office Staff(Linda and Jo) were very helpful and efficient when dealing with any pre and post installation queries. A very minor issue (slight leak from a radiator valve) was dealt effectively with the morning after it was reported. Overall the work was completed totally hassle free and has resulted in me having a first class central heating system. Thank you all at Advanced Gas.

Mark and Liam were polite, friendly and respectful. The work was carried out to a high standard and all mess was cleaned up after work was completed. Details of the work were explained to us as it progressed. The quote we were given was the price we paid for the job. Customer after services were explained to us on completion of the work and we were shown how to use the new boiler and the digital unit. Three days later we received all documentation which included Building Regulations certificate and the Gas Safe certificate. The old boiler was also disposed of by them.

Responded quickly to a request for a quote. Listened to what we wanted and the issues we had with the old system and made recommendations on all areas of equipment, install and control . None of this was forced on us just options given. Sent a detailed quote through within 24 hours, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, definitely competitive. Turned up on the day and the time promised boiler fitted. Left the place clean and tidy, no drama just did a good solid job exactly as promised, at the time promised to the price quoted. Great communication afterwards with all the relevant registrations completed and detail posted through to us. Highly recommended , everyone we dealt with was keen to make sure our experience of their company left us impressed....it did.

The installation and fitting including associated accessories was very efficient, the fitters Chris and Liam were thorough in the work they did. The work was carried out per the agreed schedule and budget. They were both helpful, nothing was to much trouble and they always communicated what they were doing which was considerate as we were both working from home at the time. Chris was very helpful in setting up Hive and explaining how it works and it’s functionality, he also did the same with the boiler. I have no need at this moment to comment on the aftercare but don’t doubt that this would be in the same vein as the fitting and installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.

I have recently had a combination boiler and 2 extra radiators fitted by Advanced Gas Services and I am very happy with all the work carried out. The boiler was very neatly re-sited and the pipe work looks tidy and very professionally installed. Everything relating to the boiler and the hive controls was clearly explained. External work eg the flue etc was also completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and all old pipe work, boiler and tank was removed from the property. The installation of the two new radiators exceeded my expectations in terms of looks, function and neatness of the additional pipe work required. These 3 guys worked full-on for two days to get this work completed and I am very satisfied that I got full value for money from my very reasonable fixed quote. They were polite and approachable and made that ‘awkward’ feeling of having strangers in your house a lot less stressful! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Our boiler packed up on New Years Eve so we had no hot water and central heating. As it was New Years Eve our choice was to pay over the odds for someone to come out and try to repair what was an ageing boiler or go for a new one. We decided there and then to go for a new one. Advanced Gas Services had been recommended and on the Monday as soon as they opened after New Year they came down when they said they would, provided a quote and fitted us a new boiler on Friday of the same week. They did some shuffling around as we had no hot water or central heating in what must have been one of the coldest weeks we have had for months and so they made us a priority. Turned up at 8.00 am on the dot on Friday and by 4.30 pm we had hot water and central heating. Fantastic service from a great company. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

New boiler required, obtained quotes and Advanced beat them all . Came to inspect same day I rang . Fitted new boiler 4 days later . Turned up on time and did very good job . Cleaned up and disposed of all rubbish . Set timers and explained controls . Very pleased with job . Will definitely recommend.
