After booking an appointment over the phone, the engineer arrived on time and was polite and very professional, discussing everything with me about what would be involved in replacing my combi boiler. After a couple of days i received a letter through the post, as well as a email, stating my fixed price quote and all the necessary work to be done and the warranty period. There was also a sheet with details about the company and there ethos, which i thought was very good. On the day the work started, two engineers arrived on time, introduced themselves and after having a quick check, explained what would be done. The work was carried out to a high standard and they cleaned up after they had finished, removing all debris. The engineer explained how to use the controls of the new boiler before leaving and said that if i had any problems to ring the company and they would sort things out. 6 days after the work was done i have received another letter in the post from the company with my invoice, building regulation compliance certificate, and my boiler warranty. I have been very impressed with the company from start to finish and would highly recommend them to others.

From diagnosis to installation of a new combi boiler advanced gas were efficient and provided a 1st class job. All the work was completed to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble for the fitters Mark and Jack. The place was left spotless you wouldn't even know they had been there. Very impressed with this trader and would highly recommend them to anybody. Within a week of installation I had all my paperwork from building regulation certificate to warranty registration. Truly impressed with this trader.

New boiler required, obtained quotes and Advanced beat them all . Came to inspect same day I rang . Fitted new boiler 4 days later . Turned up on time and did very good job . Cleaned up and disposed of all rubbish . Set timers and explained controls . Very pleased with job . Will definitely recommend.

Our boiler packed up on New Years Eve so we had no hot water and central heating. As it was New Years Eve our choice was to pay over the odds for someone to come out and try to repair what was an ageing boiler or go for a new one. We decided there and then to go for a new one. Advanced Gas Services had been recommended and on the Monday as soon as they opened after New Year they came down when they said they would, provided a quote and fitted us a new boiler on Friday of the same week. They did some shuffling around as we had no hot water or central heating in what must have been one of the coldest weeks we have had for months and so they made us a priority. Turned up at 8.00 am on the dot on Friday and by 4.30 pm we had hot water and central heating. Fantastic service from a great company. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I have recently had a combination boiler and 2 extra radiators fitted by Advanced Gas Services and I am very happy with all the work carried out. The boiler was very neatly re-sited and the pipe work looks tidy and very professionally installed. Everything relating to the boiler and the hive controls was clearly explained. External work eg the flue etc was also completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and all old pipe work, boiler and tank was removed from the property. The installation of the two new radiators exceeded my expectations in terms of looks, function and neatness of the additional pipe work required. These 3 guys worked full-on for two days to get this work completed and I am very satisfied that I got full value for money from my very reasonable fixed quote. They were polite and approachable and made that ‘awkward’ feeling of having strangers in your house a lot less stressful! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The installation and fitting including associated accessories was very efficient, the fitters Chris and Liam were thorough in the work they did. The work was carried out per the agreed schedule and budget. They were both helpful, nothing was to much trouble and they always communicated what they were doing which was considerate as we were both working from home at the time. Chris was very helpful in setting up Hive and explaining how it works and it’s functionality, he also did the same with the boiler. I have no need at this moment to comment on the aftercare but don’t doubt that this would be in the same vein as the fitting and installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.

Responded quickly to a request for a quote. Listened to what we wanted and the issues we had with the old system and made recommendations on all areas of equipment, install and control . None of this was forced on us just options given. Sent a detailed quote through within 24 hours, not the cheapest, not the most expensive, definitely competitive. Turned up on the day and the time promised boiler fitted. Left the place clean and tidy, no drama just did a good solid job exactly as promised, at the time promised to the price quoted. Great communication afterwards with all the relevant registrations completed and detail posted through to us. Highly recommended , everyone we dealt with was keen to make sure our experience of their company left us impressed....it did.

Mark and Liam were polite, friendly and respectful. The work was carried out to a high standard and all mess was cleaned up after work was completed. Details of the work were explained to us as it progressed. The quote we were given was the price we paid for the job. Customer after services were explained to us on completion of the work and we were shown how to use the new boiler and the digital unit. Three days later we received all documentation which included Building Regulations certificate and the Gas Safe certificate. The old boiler was also disposed of by them.

I contacted Advanced Gas on the recommendation of my brother who has been a customer of the Company for over 20 years and how pleased I am that I did. The work carried out by by Mark and his team ( Macaulay, Lewis and Liam) was to an extremely high standard. They arrived on time each morning and worked extremely hard during the day. The work undertaken was very neat and they were tidy, polite and helpful in explaining what they were doing. The system was installed within the agreed timescale and estimate . Time was taken by Mark and Liam to explain how the controls worked and answer any questions that I had. The Office Staff(Linda and Jo) were very helpful and efficient when dealing with any pre and post installation queries. A very minor issue (slight leak from a radiator valve) was dealt effectively with the morning after it was reported. Overall the work was completed totally hassle free and has resulted in me having a first class central heating system. Thank you all at Advanced Gas.

Advanced Gas Services were recommended to us by 3 other family members and now highly recommended by us. Mark and Liam turned up on the time they had stated just after 8am and they worked all day none stop it seemed to us, we gave them several cups of tea but never saw them stop even then. They were both friendly and polite and respectful of our house, Mark explained the new Boiler controls to us when the job was finished and they cleaned up and took all the packing materials and old boiler with them. This company provided great service from initial contact to completion. Quick response to any questions that arose before the work started. They attended on the date agreed and just got on with the installation with minimum of fuss and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend this company
