I used Advanced Glazing Systems to supply and fit a double glazed side door. They were professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job, and very reasonably priced. Having used another local company on previous occasions I wished I had know about AGS before as they were far more trustworthy, helpful and knowledgeable! I would certainly recommend them!

Even though we had our windows fitted over 3 years ago we had a problem with smears appearing inside a couple of sealed glazed units. No problem, AGS replaced them! Excellent service.

I have used them on a couple of occasions before for whole house double glazing. They were by far cheaper than the multinationals and a better product. Also gave a 10-year guarantee. We had this house double glazed including bi-folding doors in 2013. Our neighbour was looking for a cheap supplier but was so impressed with the work being done on ours she had her whole house done too by AGS. We needed a garage side door replacing from wood. Should have done it in 2013! Still the same efficient family-run company. Would thoroughly recommend.

AGS replaced my front and back external doors(2) and windows front and back downstairs and upstairs(4). Prompt informative survey without the hard sell of others and they gave me time to consider their quote v others, who were not so patient. Not only was their product rated highly elsewhere but their price was best too. No brainer! Installation within 3 weeks. They turned up on time, hardly stopped working for 3 days and left no mess. I am delighted by my doors and windows and thoroughly recommend them. I want a conservatory now and they will certainly be invited to quote.

Having used AGS ltd 7 years ago to instal all our windows, french doors and bifold, we were impressed then. One of the bifold window smashed, I contacted AGS as we have a 10 year guarantee. The start of the phonecall having given my name, was "I remember you Mrs L..." I thought nice, but ok good sales pitch, to which they rattled off our names address and phone numbers from the system! We have a common surname. We aren't even local to the company! I was told glazing wasn't covered by insurance but was given a quote within 20 minutes and installation date shortly afterwards. There would have been a delay of up to 8 weeks due to Covid, I explained we are due to move and needed this replaced asap. AGS asked the glaziers for a big favour and we only waited 3 weeks. Window was fitted very swiftly on the agreed date and time. Locking mechanism adjusted by a very polite tradesman. Our only regret, we are moving to a new build and personally will not be requiring their services, but 100% recommend them

AGS fitted new windows and back door with a glass mounted cat flap. The service was great, they answered all my queries and questions. The installation was quick and efficient and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the after service care was outstanding. I had one minor query which was sorted immediately. I have already recommended them to a friend. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

We had replacement gutters, fascia and windows fitted for our 1920's semi-detached house which has bay windows. The contract was part fulfilled prior to the COVID19 lock-down but some of the work had to wait a few weeks. AGS kept us up-to-date through the process. All work has now been completed to a high standard. We're very happy customers. Dealing with AGS has been a pleasure throughout the process. From initial visit (no hard sales pitch and their quote was quite competitive); to survey/measurements (where they proactively sought to resolve issues) to arranging scaffolding (being flexible with the dates )... the office were very efficient. For the fitting...One team was used for the gutters/fascia and another for the windows. Both teams worked efficiently and were very tidy - keen to make everything "just right". We highly recommend AGS.

After using AGS in the past for windows and front door 4 years ago, they were the obvious choice when we were doing a kitchen revamp and wanted a back door and a window put in. The first point of contact was John and he was very helpful and obliging and said they would fit us in within our time scale. Darren & Gavin the fitters arrived on Saturday morning to cut out the brickwork and fit the new door and window. Both guys where very professional, clean and tidy in their work. New door and window looks a treat, very happy.

Really pleased with our new windows from Advanced Glazing, they look incredible in situ and really change the whole vibe at the back of the house. Inside is already noticeably warmer, quieter and lighter! The decorative architrave around the windows is stunning and I love the colour outside! John really understood our brief and delivered everything I was hoping for... and for such a good price. The fitting team were absolutely lovely and really did a fine job - they were a pleasure to have in the house. All of the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - I will definitely be using them again when I have the money to do the front of the house!

I contacted John after my front porch door had been burgled, realizing old porch needed replacement ASAP to be made safe. I got same day design, quote and the nearest installation date possible given parts are custom made. The team arrived on time, were really nice, worked hard and finished everything to very high quality, leaving everything clean and tidy. The team then returned after 2 weeks to also replace the kitchen window - which was not that urgent. I like the look of the new porch and feel much safer now at home - thanks so much John, Julie and the team for a job well done at a time that I really needed it.

We have an old house and the original small conservatory was becoming dilapidated. We decided to replace it with a larger one. We chose Advanced Glazing Systems after careful research and a site visit. The work was carried out by their regular builder, Alan Fernee, of New Space Developments. We are entirely happy with the product and the workmanship involved. Everything was done carefully and with due regard to the disturbance that was inevitable in such a project. We fully recommend both the product and the builder.

We were very pleased with the service received from Advance Glazing Systems. The fitters were very hard working, polite and helpful. They did a reasonable job of cleaning up afterwards and we were surprised that so little touching up was required by us after the windows and door were fitted. The office were very helpful when we requested a slight amendment to our order and they did everything they could to accommodate us.

AGS were replacing windows in a nearby house and I was impressed with the work, so decided to contact them to get a quote for replacing the windows in the two front rooms of my 1st floor maisonette. I telephoned the company and the fitters working on the nearby house came the same day to measure the windows. I received a call from AGS the following day, followed a little later by a further call with a quote which was well below what I thought I would need to spend on the work. Two fitters arrived at 8.30 a.m. on the chosen date and the work was completed by midday. Everything was left clean and tidy and there was no damage whatsoever to the existing windowsill paintwork. The two fitters didn't even take a tea break when tea was offered! I am delighted with the windows, which add greatly to the appearance of my maisonette.

Can't praise this company too highly. Expertise second-to-none. Their work ethos is exemplary. Arrived on time, removed the old front door, fitted the new double door, tidied up as they went along, so no mess. Demonstrated how the lock worked, nothing too much trouble. I have used them before to fit double-glazed windows, so expected nothing less than perfection, which certainly was confirmed. From the initial contact with AGS, Andy turned up on time and very knowledgeable and went through the product and our requirements, which was very useful and we changed our opinion, for the good, on a couple of things. We agreed price, surveyor turned up within a week and windows were ordered. The fitters turned upon time, were punctual, tidy and professional pleased with the fitting. I have already recommended them and would have no issues with using again, if need arises.

Thanks for your comments Phoenix. I am sorry that you are not happy with the appearance of the two windows, however, as per our email to you, your front wall has subsided and the two brick openings are now not level or square to each other. Our windows must be fitted level and square though, so as the windows open correctly and locks operate properly. I am afraid that this is the reason they look wonky next to each other. The only remedy would have been to demolish part of the front wall and for builders to rebuild the wall and form two new brick openings and install new lintels above the windows. The cost for this type of work would have been in the many £1000s and therefore cost prohibitive. Not only that, you did state to Gavin, your installer, that you were aware the original windows were also out of level to each other. We do have 23 photos of before and after the AGS installation, just in case you needed them for reference. Please do get in touch if you need anything further from AGS. Regards. Andy

The service was fantastic throughout the whole cycle. We received a great quote which had not been inflated and didn't feel pressured at all. We had quotes from several traders for new windows. John from AGS came to our house, was relaxed, left plenty of brochures, no hard sell and followed up when he said he would. Other companies quoted two to two and a half days for job. We decided to go ahead with AGS and are glad we did. Clean friendly staff from start to finish. Fitters sheeted all rooms, stairs and walkways for a clean job. Fantastic new look to the property and all completed in one day. WOW. My wife and I have had new windows and doors supplied by John and his excellent team over the last few days. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. John attended and gave a very competitive quote compare with 3 other local and national companies. No lengthy sales pitch or discounts if you sign up now, just honest and competitive quote with no pressure. The products were made and fitted within 3 weeks. They are of excellent quality. Darren and Adam the fitters were the most friendly and helpful tradesmen we have ever used. They are prompt, tidy and highly skilled professionals. I had a couple of Windows fitted in the first week of May by AGS. I experienced a professional, extremely efficient approach from the start and felt confident that the product I was ordering would be suitable for my requirements. The fitters were prompt and went over and above to make sure the work was perfect. I would recommend AGS to anyone looking to replace their windows or doors. The work was carried out in the time frame stated and the fitters were very polite & tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them either. We had a couple of problems after the fit and as soon as we phoned AGS someone came round to sort it out the very same day. My parents used them as well & they were so happy with the work done and with the price that was quoted.

I had a Conservatory which was falling down. Relatives and friends would not go in it. The trader replaced all the rotten woodwork and the single glazing, replacing it with double glazing, and put a new roof on. I now have a fabulous conservatory and cannot praise the company enough.

AGS was the first of three quotes I got for new front of house double glazing. I chose them because they were only interested in selling their product, not trying to sabotage the reputations of the other companies I got quotes from. Any questions I had at the time were answered, plus a few I belatedly thought of and emailed about, professionally and honestly. In the end their quote was also the most competitive. From saying yes, everything was done in two weeks, at exactly the price quoted. Highly recommend them.

They successfully obtained planning permission for replacement UPVC windows for several flat owners, worked with us & co-ordinated successful installation. The previous contractor has been unable to obtain planning permission. Advanced Gazling Systems went to lots of trouble in helping us.

John, the Director, was very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with local council. He even helped us with planning application and was persistent with calling and going to council office to reason with planning officer and after months they finally approved! That's John! They organised scaffolding for all 3 flats in the building thanks to John co-ordinating the dates and it was all done with 12 windows (4 per flat) and a balcony door and all cleaned up in 3 days. The guys worked long days to get job done. Double glazed acoustic glass really keeps the noise out now. We don't hear a thing even when DLR train goes past. New windows and doors kept us warm, dry and quiet all winter. Cannot recommend John and his team more!
