AEA Construction Group Limited

We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by AEA Construction Group Limited on our rear extension, which has completely transformed our home into a beautiful, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The standard of workmanship and attention to detail has been exceptional from start to finish. Communication throughout the entire project was fantastic, with regular updates, clear explanations and a professional approach at every stage. The team were reliable, efficient and clearly take great pride in delivering work to a very high standard. The finished result has exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our new space. We would highly recommend AEA Construction Group Limited to anyone considering building works or a home renovation.

AEA Construction Group Limited installed a new bathroom for me, starting from scratch with everything being replaced. This meant there were many different elements involved. Ross project managed with great care and skill and communication was excellent at all times. What sets this company apart in my experience is attention to detail, reliability (in particular always knowing who to expect and when), high standard of workmanship and really caring that you’re happy with everything. The end result is very impressive and I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom. All of this means that I can’t imagine using any other company for future work. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved.

I cannot thank AEA Construction Group ltd enough. They were the answer to my prayer. As a single retired female,I was trying to coordinate multiple traders to upgrade my garden- electrician, landscaper, gardener and general trades. AEA provided all trades and transformed my garden, by clearing out numerous overgrown shrubs, removing broken trellisis, repainting fence, laying gravel, fixing outdoor sockets and lighting, the list goes on. Everything was done to a very high standard and to the agreed schedule and budget. They arrived on time each day and cleared up each day before leaving. Ian went above and beyond. I felt in safe hands. Thank you lads. Amazing company.

Work included rendering, replacing parts of the roof, replacing UPVC windows and replacing a soil pipe and other pipework. Overall, a very good standard of work, especially the roofing. All the tradesman involved were polite, friendly and helpful. The project manager Ross was particularly good at communication and ensuring that things happened on time, and managed to arrange for the pipework to be replaced and for an additional large bit of roofing to be done very efficiently, even though this was not part of the original plan.

We recently had a complete refurbishment of our property carried out by AEA Construction Group Limited, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation through to completion, the team were professional, reliable and highly skilled. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, keeping us informed every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The workmanship is outstanding, with incredible attention to detail across every aspect of the refurbishment. The team took real pride in their work, kept the site tidy, and always treated our home with respect. The finished result has completely transformed our property, exceeding our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a trustworthy construction company that genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AEA Construction Group Limited. Thank you to the entire team for delivering such an amazing home—we’re absolutely delighted with the outcome.

We couldn’t be happier with the house and the whole experience from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship has been excellent, and you can really see the care and attention to detail that’s gone into every part of the build. The house already feels like such a home, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Communication throughout the project was fantastic. We were always kept up to date, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt very transparent. Any questions or changes were dealt with quickly and professionally, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. A huge thank you to the whole team for all of their hard work. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a builder they can genuinely trust.

AEA recently completed remodelling our hallway and downstairs bathroom. The team were all polite and professional as well as excellent craftsmen. The project was complex and involved partly demolishing one wall, building another, rotating a boiler 90 degrees from one wall on to another, constructing a cupboard around that boiler from a previously demolished cupboard (of the wrong size!) and ensuring there was still enough space for a washing machine and tumble dryer stack within a very tight space. The project was coordinated and managed expertly and communicated (which can sometimes be poor during build projects in our experience) was excellent throughout. We are delighted with the work AEA construction have done and thank them also for their polite, considerate, and professional attitude.
