Brilliant service. The work was completed at a time and on a day which was convenient to us and within two days of the initial phone call enquiry. Jason was particularly helpful he went the extra mile by even checked the tuning of our HD recorder. I would certainly recommend this company. We selected Aerial Services as a result of being a Which? trusted trader. Highly recommendable.

Contacted Aerial Services via their website on the Friday to check out my aerial and possibly install a new one. Contacted by them on the Monday and managed to arrange a fee free home visit on the Thursday between 9am to 12pm Contacted by them again on the Wednesday to say that an engineer would actually be in the area at 0830. Jason arrived early and waited for me as I dropped my daughter off at school, he was very polite and tidy when inspecting the loft to confirm what I told him about not having an aerial and just a loose cable in the loft. The quote for for installation of an aerial was reasonable and Jason able to install it immediately. He was very thorough throughout and respectful of my house right down to the colour of the external wiring and the hoovering up the dust from drilling a hole in the wall. I wouldn't hesistate to use this company again based on my first experience with them and recommend them to anyone in the area.
