About

Aerial Services is a small company with ten teams of engineers on the road working in and around London six days a week since 1968. Our primary focus is the installation and maintenance of TV aerials, satellite dishes and TV systems although we also install HD and AV distribution systems, CCTV and Sonos.

We work in all different environments from domestic homes to huge commercial offices and hotel systems providing the following services;

I can highly recommend Aerial. I contacted them after reading the reviews in Which? They are exactly as described there: punctual, keep their schedule and give valuable advice from beginning to end. When a slight problem occurred, they solved it instantly.

Even though we can see the transmitter at Crystal Palace from our house we were getting significant ghosting on digital channels so we called in Aerial Services (AS). Ghosting was apparently caused partly by trees and partly by an adjacent block of flats. AS recomended a new digital aerial on a different chimney which was less likely to be impacted by those problems. This was duly installed with 4 downleads, and we now have excellent quality pictures with all channels at full signal strength. So good in fact that visitors think we have HDTV. The only downside is that two years on my partner feels the quality is still plenty good enough so she can't see the point of installing Freesat so that we can get real HDTV :-(

I used them to rectify a botched multi-room installation by Sky and they did an excellent job. Arrived right on time, assessed the problem and re-installed the connection to the existing dish to my complete satisfaction. The engineer was highly competent, polite and very careful and tidy. I would certainly use them again.

Having seen the recommendation here, we used this service. I wouldn't say they were the cheapest but I could not fault their workmanship or punctuality. Definitely recommend.

Fitted new aerial, exterior cable and hooked up PVR. Extremely polite, very helpful especially as roof access was a challenge due to tall house of 4 flats. Used twice, would highly recommend.
